实验三异步电机的M-S曲线测绘一．实验目的用本电机教学实验台的测功机转速闭环功能测绘各种异步电机的转矩~转差曲线，并加以比较。

三．实验原理异步电机的机械特性的图5-6所示。

在某一转差率S m时，转矩有一最大值T m，称为异步电机的最大转矩，S m称为临界转差率。

T m是异步电动机可能产生的最大转矩。

如果负载转矩T z＞T m，电动机将承担不了而停转。

起动转矩T st是异步电动机接至电源开始起动时的电磁转矩，此时S=1（n=0）。

对于绕线式转子异步电动机，转子绕组串联附加电阻，便能改变T st，从而可改变起动特性。

异步电动机的机械特性可视为两部分组成，即当负载功率转矩T z≤T N时，机械特性近似为直线，称为机械特性的直线部分，又可称为工作部分，因电动机不论带何种负载均能稳定运行；当S≥S m时，机械特性为一曲线，称为机械特性的曲线部分，对恒转矩负载或恒功率负载而言，因为电动机这一特性段与这类负载转矩特性的配合，使电机不能稳定运行，而对于通风机负载，则在这一特性段上却能稳定工作。

在本实验系统中，通过对电机的转速进行检测，动态调节施加于电机的转矩，产生随着电机转速的下降，转矩随之下降的负载，使电机稳定地运行了机械特性的曲线部分。

通过读取不同转速下的转矩，可描绘出不同电机的M-S曲线。

四．实验设备1．MEL系列电机系统教学实验台主控制屏。

2．电机导轨及测功机、转矩转速测量（MEL-13、MEL-14）。

3．电机起动箱（MEL-09）。

4．三相鼠笼式异步电动机M04。

5．三相绕线式异步电动机M09。

五．实验方法1．鼠笼式异步电机的M-S曲线测绘被试电机为三相鼠笼式异步电动机M04，Y接法。

G为涡流测功机，与M04电机同轴安装。

按图5-7接线，其中电压表采用指针式或数字式均可，量程选用300V档，电流表采用数字式，可选0.75A量程档。
