精密配电柜介绍精密配电单元是一种主要用于数据中心内的配电系统,又叫配电列头柜。
通常被安装于数据中心内的排成—行的机柜的两侧,向机柜内IT负载供电。
由于该设备的安装环境和负载类型与普通的配电设备完全不同,数据中心内使用的精密配电单元在内部结构的设计、电气元器件的选择和所提供的功能均与安装在电气竖井和专门的电气房间内的配电柜有所不同。
为了更好地理解精密配电单元,我们首先介绍其所处的使用环境和负载类型。
正是其使用类型和负载系统决定了该设备一系列与众不同的特点。
精密配电单元主要安装于数据中心内。
首先,由于IT技术,特别是虚拟化和云计算的发展,要求对整个数据中心的电流分布和功率分布进行全面的实时管理,以保证供电系统和数据中心的高效可靠运行,达到数据中心的高可靠性和节能减排的双重目的。
其次,精密配电单元向IT负载提供电力,由于很多IT 设备厂商对于零地电压有要求,尽管实际上高零地电压对服务器等工厂设备的正常运行并无影响,在设计时我们依然对这一要求进行了体现。
最后,IT设备的制造技术正在经历快速变化。
数据中心内的IT设备和负载功率在未来10年将发生很大变化但数据中心及其配电系统—般需使用10及以上的时间。
同时,由于虚拟化和云计算技术的发展,数据中心的功率消耗也将变得难以预测。
如何在数据中,心的整个生命周期中满足不断变化的IT负载类型和负载运营水平,使整个数据中心在从建成到推出使用的过程中始终保持高效和可靠的运行,是对数据中心的配电系统提出的新挑战。
精密配电单元主要是从四个方面应对这些问题和挑战的。
1、配电单元柜体配电单元的外壳采用的是IT机柜。
颜色为数据中心内机柜常用的IT乌鸦黑。
这样配电单元与机柜并排摆放在一起时,外形美观一致。
同时在采用上走线的数据中心中。
由于使用了IT机柜作为配电单元外壳,上走线的桥架可以安装在机柜顶部,配电单元的输入、输出线缆因此直接敷设在配电单元机柜顶部,并通过安装在其他机柜顶部的电力桥架敷设到安装于配电单元附近的机柜中。
