一般来说,英语应用文写作需要遵循以下的通用格式:
1. 抬头
在文档最顶部,应该显示出抬头。
通常抬头应该包括公司名称、地址、电话、传真、邮箱等信息。
2. 日期
在抬头之下一行应该标注“日期”,接着写明日期的具体内容。
3. 收件人信息
在日期之后,应该写明收件人的信息。

4. 称呼

书信英文书信与中文书信在格式上差异很大。
英文书信通常由六个部分组成,它们是信头( heading )、信内地址( inside address )、称呼( salutation )、信的正文( body of letter )、结束语( complementary close )、签名( signature )。
一、书信格式1 .信头。
指发信人的地址和日期。
从信纸的上端中央往右写。
第一行写单位名称,第二行写门牌号和路名,第三行写市名、省名、国名,第四行写发信日期。
学生写信时第一行写班级名称,第二行写系科名称,第三行写学校名称,第四行写市、省名称,第五行写国家名称,第六行写发信日期。
如果是国内信件,国名可以不写。
要特别注意英文地址写法顺序是从小单位到大单位。
日期的写法有美英之分。
