The S ummer Resort locates in Chengde City, covers almost half of Chengde’s urban area. The Summer Resort construction began in 1703 under the rule of Emperor Kang Xi and completed in 1790 under the rule of Emperor Qian Long.These Chinese Characters are written by Kang Xi.Mulan paddock is the imperial hunting ground field.Garden of ten thousand trees is one of the important political center in Summer Resort. Emperor Qian Long once received foreign messengers in there.Qingchui peak forest park is Danxia landform, in the park, you can see many kind of terrain, looks like castle, tower, needle, pillar, and many shape, you can free image all kinds of shape.In the peak, it has two towers, it’s said that it was built by qidan people, about 1300 years ago. And i n the foot of the hill, it has stone horse, stone chair and stone cavern. Twins tower peak is surrounded by forest. It was very beautiful.Green water island is a peninsula. It’s like a jade was inlaid in Ruyi Lake.Ruyi Island is a land in the lake. It i s the biggest island in Summer Resort. Because the island’s shape looks like jade Ruyi, so it is called Ruyi island.Next, I will talk something about “the summer capital-beidaihe”. The weather there is very nice all year round. It’s neither too cold in winter and nor too hot in summer. it’s water is clear and waves flat. It has nice sand and the slope is slow. It’s really a good place to holiday. And it only cost less two hours to drive from Beijing to beidaihe. From 1954-2003, the central officer will go to beidaihe to work and rest, escaping the burning hot, so it was called the summer capital.This is shanhai pass, it was constructed in ming dynasty. Yan mountain is in its north, and its south is the bohai sea. It’s one of the important pass of the Gr eat Wall of Ming Dynasty. It was the important defences in the past.This is Langya Mountain. There was a story named “Five heroes in Langya Mountain”. It happened in the war of Resistance Against Japan period. In order to cover the civilians and principle force retreat, they lure the enemy into peak, facing the surround of enemy and no way to escape, they choose jump from the peak, they preferred to die rather than surrender to the enemy. Their story is widely known in China, and encouraged many people to fight against the enemy.Rong mansion is structured according to the master work called “The story of the stone”(or called “A Dream of Red Mansions” ). it’s an imitated ancient building and have the feature of Ming and Qing dynasty. TV series “A story of the stone” was shot in there. And more than one hundred TV series are shot in there, thus, Rong mansion is called China’s Hollywood.Zhaozhou Bridge is the world’s oldest open-spandrel stone segmental arch bridge. Credited to a craftsman named Li Chun, the bridge was constructed in the Sui Dynasty. 武风强悍，历年久远。

据史籍载，沧州民间武术，兴于明，盛于清，至乾隆时，武术之乡已形成。

2自古燕国至明清，多代王朝建都于河北地区，沧州为历代兵家必争。

各朝各代均有多次战争发生于沧州一带。

频繁之战事，导致生灵涂炭，民生维艰，故须掌握攻、防、格、斗之技方能自救图存。

沧州，古有“远恶郡州”之称，可见沧州武风之盛与特定地理环境关系甚密。

3古之沧州，沿渤海方圆百余里，均系芦荡荒滩，人烟稀少，既是犯军发配之地，又是叛将蔽身良所。

明清时，一些受朝廷缉拿之叛将，寻沧州民众强悍喜武之俗以蔽其身。

他等隐姓埋名，化装僧道游侠，传艺维生。

长此已久，使得沧州民间的高手大大增加。

4沧州，地处冲积平原，土地贫瘠，旱、涝、虫灾不时降监。

民求生不得，必然反抗，反抗则必习武事。

乾隆《沧州志》载：“沧邑俗劲武尚气力，轻生死，自古以气节著闻。

承平之世，家给人足，趾高气扬，泱泱乎表海之雄风。

一旦有事，披肝胆，出死力，以捍卫乡间，虽捐弃顶踵而不恤。

”说明了沧州人民自古就尚义任侠。

5京杭大运河纵穿沧境，京济、京大要道贯通南北。

沧州、泊头、莫州、河间、献县均为南北水旱交通要冲，为京、津、冀、鲁、豫商品流通必经之地，亦为官府巨富走镖要道，故沧州镖行、旅店、装运等行业兴盛。

各业相争，必握高强武技才可立足。

清末，“镖不喊沧州”，已为南北镖行同遵之常规。

说的是过去南来北往的镖车，不管是黑道白道，也不管是水运路行，只要是车到沧州、船过沧州，你必须扯下镖旗，悄然而过，不得喊镖号。

否则，无论你有多大的名头，多好的身手，只要在沧州喊镖叫板，保管你栽个大跟头，丢尽脸面。

6沧州系多民族地区。

由于历史原因，汉与满、蒙古、回等少数民族曾发生过隔膜与误解，但不快之事，逐渐融洽。

民族之间的不快，使得冲突不断，促武术技艺不断精进；民族融洽，又相互交流技艺，更推动武术之发展。
