Job hunting today is a difficult process
Just like doing many other things, hunting a job is difficult nowadays, especially for the starters. Job hunting is always a daunting task, and the problems the job hunters may meet during job hunting make it even more difficult.
Firstly, get to know yourself. What do I really mean is that you should have an in-depth understanding of themselves of all aspects. Such as your knowledge, skills, character, hobbies, health conditions and so on. It’s a little weird, but it is really a difficult thing to get to know yourself. This is usually the first difficulty that the job hunters have to face.
Secondly, it’s difficult to know the occupation completely. Before you make up your mind to find a certain job, you should have a full understanding of it. You can get related information through a variety of ways, for example, in the family and friends who understand the situation and have profound experience. There is something you can never really understand unless you experienced by yourself. So here is another difficulty.
Thirdly, selling yourself is not an easy thing. Just like selling commodities to the customers, job hunting is selling yourself to the interviewers. This is not a time to be modest or humble; you should show prospective employers that you are the best person for the job. More than that, you will show them that they cannot possibly manage without you which may mean behave not exactly the same as you usually do. It’s another difficulty stopping you.
In a word, to get an occupation that you are satisfied with, you should have comprehensive skills. It’s difficult to find a job that you are really interested in. Job hunting is a difficult process.。
