01、八角(大料、大茴香)
八角又称茴香、八角茴香、大料和大茴香。是八角树的果实,学名叫八角茴香,为常用调料。八角能除肉中臭气,使之重新添香,故又名茴香。八角是我国的特产,盛产于广东、广西等地。颜色紫褐,呈八角,形状似星,有甜味和强烈的芳香气味,香气来自其中的挥发性的茴香醛。八角果实与种子可作调料,还可入药。具强烈香味,有驱虫、温中理气、健胃止呕、祛寒、兴奋神经等功效。除作调味品外,八角还可供工业上作香水、牙膏、香皂、化妆品等的原料,也可用在医药上,作驱风剂及兴奋剂。其性温,味辛。有温阳散寒,理气止痛之功效。用于治疗寒呕逆、寒疝腹痛、肾虚腰痛、干湿脚气等症。★八角使用小百科★①八角主要用于煮、炸、卤、酱及烧等烹调加工中,常在制作牛肉、兔肉的菜肴中加入,可除腥膻等异味,增添芳香气味,并可调剂口味,增进食欲。②炖肉时,肉下锅就放入八角,它的香味可充分水解溶入肉内,使肉味更加醇香。③做上汤白菜时,可在白菜中加入盐、八角同煮,最后放些香油,这样做出的菜有浓郁的荤菜味。④在腌鸡蛋、鸭蛋、香椿、香菜时,放入八角则会别具风味。食疗作用:八角性温,味甘辛。有温阳散寒,理气止痛的功效。★温馨提示★①一般人群均可食用。适宜痉挛疼痛者、白细胞减少症患者食用;②不适宜阴虚火旺者食用。特别提醒:①八角基本都是八只角(偶有9只角的),六只角的是假八角,有毒,勿食。②某些八角表面出现亮晶晶的东西,那种八角是硫磺熏干的,一种结晶体。自然干八角颜色较暗淡,香味自然,口感纯正。注意:市面上很多八角都是经过硫磺熏制上颜色,所以本站建议八角做菜前用开水煮3-5分钟,去掉苦味,去掉硫磺,还能增加香味。八角买回后需要通风保存,否则起霜(变白非发霉),如果这样,可以撒一些白酒,捂一天就没有了!

Inhibitors, Agonists, Screening Data SheetBIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: BKT140 is a novel CXCR4 antagonist with an IC50 vakue of ~1 nM.IC50 & Target: IC50: ~1 nM (CXCR4)[1].In Vitro: BKT140 displays selective toxicity toward AmL and MM cells. Treatment with BKT140 can overcome IL–6 dependentproliferation and survival of ARH77 MM cells. BKT140 specifically triggers CXCR4–dependent cell death in leukemia and MM cells.BKT140 stimulates apoptotic cell death in leukemia and MM cells[2].In Vivo: Subcutaneous injections of BKT140 significantly reduces, in a dose–dependent manner, the growth of human acute myeloidleukemia and multiple myeloma xenografts. Tumors from animals treated with BKT140 are smaller in size and weights, had largernecrotic areas and high apoptotic scores[2].PROTOCOL (Extracted from published papers and Only for reference) Cell Assay:[2]Hematopoietic cancer cells are incubated with different concentrations of BKT140 or AMD3100 for 24 hours. BKT140 istreated with 1M hydrochloric acid (HCL) to achieve a pH of 2.7 to 3 at room temperature for 30 minutes and the pH is adjusted to 7using concentrated NaOH. Proteinase K is added to BKT140 at a final concentration of 100 mg/mL, incubated at 37°C for 1 hour,and inactivated by heat treatment (65°C for 30 minutes). After incubation, cells are stained with propidium iodide and the percentof viable PI–negative cells in culture is determined[2].Animal Administration: BKT140 is prepared in PBS.[2]Mouse: Severe combined immune–deficient (SCID)/beige mice(C.B–17/IcrHsd–SCID–bg) are used in the study. NB4 cells resuspended in PBS are injected subcutaneously into the flanks of the mice(200 mL per mouse containing 5×106 cells). Tumor growth is monitored daily, and mice are randomized to drug–treated or controlPBS–treated groups (10 mice per group) when the tumor size (width×length) reaches 0.04 cm2.
