Y ou can find the description of the OCDS-L1 Debugger for the T riCore family at “TriCore Debugger and Trace”(debugger_tricore.pdf).Please keep in mind that only the Processor Architecture Manual (the document you are reading at the moment) is CPU specific, while all other parts of the online help are generic for all CPUs supported by Lauterbach. So if there are questions related to the CPU, the Processor Architecture Manual should be your first choice.Brief Overview of Documents for New UsersArchitecture-independent information:•“Training Basic Debugging” (training_debugger.pdf): Get familiar with the basic features of a TRACE32 debugger.•“T32Start” (app_t32start.pdf): T32Start assists you in starting TRACE32 PowerView instances for different configurations of the debugger. T32Start is only available for Windows.•“General Commands” (general_ref_<x>.pdf): Alphabetic list of debug commands.Architecture-specific information:•“Processor Architecture Manuals”: These manuals describe commands that are specific for the processor architecture supported by your Debug Cable. T o access the manual for your processorarchitecture, proceed as follows:-Choose Help menu > Processor Architecture Manual.•“OS Awareness Manuals” (rtos_<os>.pdf): TRACE32 PowerView can be extended for operating system-aware debugging. The appropriate OS Awareness manual informs you how to enable theOS-aware debugging.Quick Start of the TriCore Serial MonitorStarting up the ROM Monitor is done as follows:6.Select the device B: for the ROM Monitor.7.Transition to the down mode before pressing the reset button. This instruction is necessary when the system is restarted.8.Set the CPU type in the ROM Monitor program:9.Define the communication parameters.10.Activate the ROM monitorA typical start sequence is shown below:The start-up can be automated using the programming language PRACTICE.B:SYStem.Mode DownSYStem.CPU TC1796SYStem.PORT COM2 BAUD=38400SYStem.Up; for this example the TriBoard TC1796 Evaluation board is used B:SYStem.Mode Down WinCLREARSYStem.CPU tc1796 SYStem.PPORT COM2 BAUD=38400; select the Debugger device ; switch the system down ; clear all windows; set the CPU type for the user interfaceSYStem.Mode UpTroubleshooting No information available. The ROM debugger requires also a modification in the debug monitor fordifferent processor types.SYStem.CpuAccess Run-time memory access (intrusive) Format:SYStem.CpuAccess Enable | Denied | NonstopDefault: Denied.Enable Allows intrusive run-time memory access. In order to perform a memory read or write while the CPU is executingthe program, the debugger stops the program execution shortly. Eachshort stop takes 1…100ms depending on the speed of the debuginterface and on the number of the read/write accesses required.A white S against a red background in the state line of the TRACE32 mainwindow indicates this intrusive behavior of the debugger.Denied Locks intrusive run-time memory access.Nonstop Locks all features of the debugger that affect the run-time behavior.Nonstop reduces the functionality of the debugger to:•Run-time access to memory and variables•Trace displayThe debugger inhibits the following:•To stop the program execution•All features of the debugger that are intrusive (e.g. action Spot forbreakpoints, performance analysis via StopAndGo mode, condi-tional breakpoints, etc.)SYStem.Down Disables monitor Format:SYStem.DownSYStem.MemAccess Real-time memory access (non-intrusive) Format:SYStem.MemAccess Enable | StopAndGo | Denied | NEXUS |<cpu_specific>SYStem.ACCESS (deprecated)Real-time memory access during program execution to target is enabled.EnableCPU (deprecated)Denied (default)Real-time memory access during program execution to target is disabled.StopAndGo Temporarily halts the core(s) to perform the memory access. Each stoptakes some time depending on the speed of the JT AG port, the number ofthe assigned cores, and the operations that should be performed. For more information, see below.NEXUS Memory access is done via the NEXUS interface.SYStem.Mode Establish the communication with the CPU Format:SYStem.Mode <mode><mode>:DownNoDebugGoUpDefault: Down. Selects the target operating mode.Down The CPU is in reset. Debug mode is not active. Default state and state after fatalerrors.NoDebug The CPU is running. Debug mode is not active. Debug port is tristate. In thismode the target should behave as if the debugger is not connected.Go The CPU is running. Debug mode is active. After this command the CPU can bestopped with the break command or if any break condition occurs.Up The CPU is not in reset but halted. Debug mode is active. In this mode the CPUcan be started and stopped. This is the most typical way to activate debugging. If the mode “Go” is selected, this mode will be entered, but the control button in the SYStem window jumps to the mode “UP”.SYStem.Option.IMASKASM Disable interrupts while single stepping Format:SYStem.Option.IMASKASM [ON | OFF]Default: OFF.If enabled, the interrupt mask bits of the CPU will be set during assembler single-step operations. The interrupt routine is not executed during single-step operations. After single step the interrupt mask bits are restored to the value before the step.SYStem.Option.IMASKHLL Disable interrupts while HLL single stepping Format:SYStem.Option.IMASKHLL [ON | OFF]Default: OFF.If enabled, the interrupt mask bits of the CPU will be set during HLL single-step operations. The interrupt routine is not executed during single-step operations. After single step the interrupt mask bits are restored to the value before the step.TrOnchipTrOnchip.CONVertAdjust range breakpoint in on-chip resource The on-chip breakpoints can only cover specific ranges. If a range cannot be programmed into thebreakpoint, it will automatically be converted into a single address breakpoint when this option is active. This is the default. Otherwise an error message is generated.TrOnchip.VarCONVertAdjust complex breakpoint in on-chip resource The on-chip breakpoints can only cover specific ranges. If you want to set a marker or breakpoint to a complex variable, the on-chip break resources of the CPU may be not powerful enough to cover the whole structure.

First, the safety rules1, non-full-time staff shall not repair or modify the machine.2, is strictly prohibited to operate with wet hands to avoid electric shock, damage3, not charged cleaning, maintenance or moving the machine.4, the aging power cord, knotted or plug should stop using,Required by the manufacturer for repair or full-time staff5, not using the machine, unplug the power cord 4.6, the installation must be grounded.Second, the parameter specifications1, Resolution: <0.05mm2, the inflatable on delay: 0.5 seconds3, the inflatable off delay time: <0.14, the alarm on delay time: 3 seconds5, the pore diameter adjustable 0 - 3 mm6, the working pressure :0.01-0 .8 Mpa7, the working voltage: ~ 200-240V \ 50-60Hz8, Total Power: 30W9, body weight: 2.2kg10, Dimensions: length 240mm × width 165mm × high-85mThird, the product overviewAs the previous generation product "up air controllers' overall design flaws in the production process, manufacturers resulted in unnecessary loss and inconvenience. Such as: mechanical switch detects the size of the film, there is no throttle, the controller and the solenoid valve must separate from the customer's own assembly. Manufacturers to address these issues and feedback, especially the second generation of products developed"high-precision thin-film width of the control device." This product uses infrared sensors to detect, only thin-film sensor mounted on the outside, you can automatically detect film size. Because it is non-contact mode detection film size so easy to damage the work year round, and high accuracy. And built-in solenoid valve and the throttle valve (air control valve), the installation, operation is very simple. Is ideal for blown film industry, is the best choice for replacement.Fourth, the detection principleFifth, the main performance characteristics1, with the throttle through the throttle valve adjustment, inflation can reduce the size of the film before and after the fluctuations in order to ensure consistent film width. Such as the film is wider, bigger adjustable air flow, whereas adjustable smaller.2, when the film broke or less than the set value to be automatically inflated; if the film is not broken, you can quickly charge to the set value.3, when the inflatable not charge more than 3 seconds to set the value, the alarm automatically inform, explain the gas flow is too small or the film has been cut off.4, with manual pneumatic control twist.5, has a sensitivity indicator, indicating too low, respectively, normal and high three states. 6, the control circuit, throttle valve, solenoid valves are installed in the controller, so that the operation is very simple and convenient.7, using infrared film shot way to detect the size, solve the mechanical switch detects caused by the lack of (BF-1 type of makeup air controller is to use mechanical switches).8, this product uses intelligent control chip to solve the jitter generated by thin film inflatable error. Make more accurate controlSixth, the structure diagramController, sensor and control box from the two parts, following the instructions on the control box, control components and other details (pictured)Seven operations to use1, Ling-degree light, lights out for the Spirit is too low (note: refers to the sensor in the launch tube and receiving tube between the spirit of the time without something blocking degree, these are the same), normal light, light flash is too high .2, inflatable lights, lights for the inflatable, light out for the non-inflatable.3, sound lights, lights for the sound open, lights is off, if the lights, when the film broke or film size is less than the set value of about 0.1 cm or more than 3 seconds, the beep ... beep ... can send the sound .4, power indicator, power on, the lights on bright.5, the sensitivity potentiometer for adjusting the sensitivity of the controller, to the - direction of rotation, the sensitivity decreases; to the + direction of rotation, the sensitivity increased.6, the inflatable keys for manual inflation, hold down the (next) that is inflated.7, the key to open the sound for the sound of the opening and closing, if the original sound is enabled, clicking was disabled; if the original sound is disabled, click Enable, compared, according to the time before and after every two to more than 1 second Otherwise, by the latter may be invalid.8, the power switch for power on and off, toggle switch toward the ON to turn towards the OFF is turned off.9, the sensor socket for plugging in the sensor plug.10, power outlet, plug the power cord is used.11, flow control valve for regulating the size of the inflated amount, clockwise rotation, inflatable quantity is small, otherwise larger.12, outlet connector, and head on.13, the inlet connector connected with the air compressor.Eight, installation1, the installation: a good connection inlet and outlet pipe, the sensor and plug the power cord, connect the power.2, Ling adjustment: turn the power switch, power indicator will light. The sensor in the launch tube and receiving tube between the case of non-blocking stuff, look at the instructions of spiritual Indicator status, and transferred to light up. Without light, the spirit-degree potentiometer to the "+" for the direction of rotation; if flashing, Ling-degree potentiometer to "-" direction of rotation.3, throttle adjustment. In general, the size of a small membrane or normal production, the throttle should be adjusted too small a number to reduce the volatility of inflation before and after the film size, improve control accuracy. Pull on the big size film or film, the throttle should be adjusted for a large number of the membrane charge to set the size of bubble quickly to reduce waste generation. Throttle adjustment in an appropriate manner, can be inflated by measuring the size before and after the film to judge. Under normal circumstances, the difference between more than 1 cm, small throttle should be adjusted. In the production of 10 cm below the small-size film, the throttle should be close shut, otherwise, the film will have large fluctuations in size, that is a big, some small. To prevent this phenomenon, in pulling the membrane, can be slightly open throttle, and hold the inflatable keys; When the wind is extraordinary large vesicles after release the inflatable splint key word, and throttle off very small. After a while, the film will return to set the size dimension.Nine, troubleshooting and maintenance1, the film is smaller than the set value is not inflated (continuous film size smaller). Look at inflation indicator is lit, if there is no light: shows low sensitivity or sensor is bad. If the light: there: shut throttle, gas source not connected, solenoid valve coil burnt and so on.2, the film is still inflated size is greater than the set value (larger film size constant). Look at the indicator off, if lit: cause the sensor in the launch tube and receiving tube placed between the sheets of one to several thin-filmInflatable should not be inflated when the light is off, but inflation will encounter the following situations: solenoid valve leakage, the circuit board relay normally open contact is always Unicom, etc., but the former is common.3, the solenoid valve leaks have three common situations: A, air dirty, with dirt attached tothe spool; B, spool of rubber seals for cracks or deep depression; C, air pressure high, please note that the controller used in air pressure must be less than 0.8Mpa.4, and spirit through the low, first check whether the adjustment potentiometer spiritual degree is too small. If the potentiometer to the maximum degree of spirit, spiritual degree is still too low, mainly due to the transmitter and receiver tube on the end there is dust or not aligned. Solutions are: remove the transmitter and receiver on the dust and alignment. Remove the transmitter and receiver tube on the dust, can be used several ways:A, with compressed air, blow holes aligned on both sides of the sensor.B, the sensor with a cotton swab into the hole, rotate the swab to wipe, note that cleaning should be light, not to get the launch tube and receiving tube distortion.C, if the above does not work, the only thing open on both sides of the sensor side, with a damp cloth moistened with detergent, and finally need to wipe with a dry cloth, on the road next to the plant production and other dusty places, in order to prevent dust into the sensor, the adhesion of the receiver tube and launch tube, the sensor can be affixed on both sides of the hole transparent film.5, the spiritual degree will change, usually, after a good tune spiritual degree, in a long time does not change, when there is strong sunlight or reflected sunlight into the sensor receiver tube, the degree of flexibility will occur very major changes, and thus the need to avoid. Avoid methods: First, change the sensor location; second, the sensor next to the setting sun block devices.6, fuse replacementa, unplug the power from the power pedestal head.b, remove the fuse cover.c, out of a bad fuse.d, a new fuse.。
