主梁0号块方案1、工程概述大桥主桥为50+80+50m连续箱梁,半幅桥面宽度12.5m,连续箱梁在主墩墩顶分2个“T”平衡对称悬浇,悬浇段最大重量为84.6T。
墩顶支点处平均梁高3.975m,跨中平均梁高1.875m,跨中梁高与跨径之比1/42.67,支点处梁高与跨径之比1/20.13,跨中梁高与支点处梁高之比1/2.12。
底板采用变厚度布置,由支点向跨中逐渐减少,支点处厚为55cm,跨中厚为30cm。
底板下缘为单圆曲线,圆曲线半径为:R=335.87m。
顶板厚度均为55cm;腹板厚度从支点向跨中由55cm到35cm逐渐变化。
为提高边跨端部和主墩支座处抗剪能力,腹板边支点处加大到55cm,支座根部也加厚到55cm。
横隔板的布置;本桥只在主墩支点和边墩支点布置横隔板。
主墩支点处横隔板厚度为150cm,边墩支点处横隔板厚度为179cm。
2、主梁0号块总体施工工艺及流程0号块施工工艺流程图3、主梁0号块主要施工方法3.1施工测量控制根据试压沉降结果,设置0号块底模施工标高,铺设底模板和支座,在底模板上放样出0号块特征点,并标示桥轴线。
在浇筑0号块混凝土过程中,进行位移观测及支架变形观测。
3.2 承重支架工程0号块采用型钢和脚手管支架浇注施工,详见支架施工图。

在I40工字钢上放置I25工字钢,两侧翼缘板支架在I25工字钢安装脚手管。
脚手管与型钢之间采用点焊或焊接钢筋。

当你生气的时候,你有没有想过你为什么会生气呢?你会说:他应该考好的,可是他粗心了,所以他没有考好啊!他应该一个小时写完作业的,可是他已经花了两个小时了!他的书桌应该是干净整齐的,可是现在乱七八糟……
到最后你会发现,当孩子的行为没有做到你想的应该的那个样子,你就会生气。
所有的应该都是不应该,那个应该的样子只是你心中的标准小孩。
当孩子的行为没有满足你心中的那个标准小孩的样子的时候,你就认为问题来了,当小孩的行为不符合你期望的样子,当小孩的行为和你期望的行为有差距的时候,就产生了问题和问题小孩。
在这里再次提到0-100分法则。
假设你心中的标准小孩为100分,而现在小孩的行为实际只有40分,如果你总是看到40分离100还有60分的差距,而且不断地责骂和否定孩子,那家长这是在做减法,只能让分值越来越低。
如果我们用资源的眼光来看待这个事情,以孩子拥有的四十分为基础,给予孩子每天一点点的肯定,那家长这是在做加法,会让这个分值越来越高总的来说这是一个看待事物观念的转变。
一旦看待事物的观念转变,一切都会转变!。
