During an emergency or non-emergency medical event, help people make a proper response to an injured or ill person.此程序旨在迅速有效的处理伤员, 减轻痛苦, 防止死亡及残废事件的发生。
当有紧急或非紧急医护情况下，指导我们对伤者或病者作出正确的反应。
2.Scope适用范围This procedure applies to all on site people.本程序适用于苏州杜邦公司现场所有人员。
3.First Aid Definition急救定义First aid means giving the first help or treatment before trained people, doctor or ambulance’s arrival.任何人员受伤后在有经验的人员, 医生, 救护车到来之前对伤员进行的首次帮助或治疗称为急救。
急救方法(First Aid)急救方法(First Aid)急救方法(First Aid) it is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. if a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. when you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things.first, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. then take him/her to a doctor. if a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die.many accidents may happen at home. all parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. when a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. when a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. if the personis badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. if a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of paper round the cut.every bodyrshould know some first aid in order to save othe people's lives.。
基本的急救技能英语Basic first aid skills1、Bleeding（流血）If the person is bleeding,try to stop it quickly.Put a clean cloth on the wound.If you do not have a cloth,use someones clothes.Hold the cloth on the wound for at least 20 minutes.This will stop most bleeding.If blood comes through the cloth,do not take it off the wound.Just place another cloth on top.伤者如果有出血现象，就要设法赶紧止血。

2、Head injury（头部伤害）If the head is swollen, you can apply cold compress, such as holding an ice pack to the wound.如果头部肿了，可以应用冷压缩，比如拿冰袋敷在伤口处。
3、Noise bleed（流鼻血）Use your fingers to hold both sides of your nose for 4-8 minutes, or use a cotton ball soaked in ice water to fill the nasal cavity with pressure to stop the bleeding.用手指捏住两侧鼻翼4-8分钟，或者用浸了冰水的棉球填塞鼻腔压迫止血。

及时有效的止血、包扎、固定、搬运，可降低死亡率和残残率。
一止血(一) 出血分类1、外出血：血从伤口流出，见到出血。
2、内出血：血流入体腔或组织间隙，体表看不见，如颅内出血、胸腔和腹腔内出血等。
(二) 止血方法1、加压包扎止血法先将无菌敷料或干净布料盖在伤口上，再用绷带或三角巾以适当压力包扎，松紧度以能达到止血目的为宜。
必要时可将手掌放在敷料上均匀加压，一般20分钟后即可止血。
加压包扎止血法适用于小动脉和中、小静脉或毛细血管出血。
2、指压止血法用手指、手掌或拳头压迫伤口近心端的动脉，将动脉压向深部的骨组织上，阻断血液流通，达到临时止血的目的。
指压止血法适用于中等或较大的动脉出血。
(1)头顶部出血压迫同侧耳屏前方颧弓根部的搏动点(额浅动脉)止血。
(2)额面部出血压迫同侧下颅骨下缘、咬肌前缘的搏动点(面动脉)止血。
