字母发音规律小结
英语的音标共有48个，分为元音（20个）和辅音（28个）。
元音共20个，可分为单元音（由一个元音构成，12个）和双元音（由两个元音构成，8个），其中单元音根据其发音的长短又可以区别为短元音（7个）和长元音（5个）。
辅音按照发音时声带是否震动分为清辅音（声带不震动）和浊辅音，另外辅音也可以按照辅音的数量分为双辅音和单辅音。
1．短元音
