When I was little, my parents would read me some fairy tales before I sleep. I fell

in love for books and I couldn’t sleep if my parents missed that part. Thank to my

parents, books have been part of my life. Some people educate their children to

reading more books. They expect their children to make many money when they will

grow up. But my parents just want me to enjoy reading. The more I read, greater joy I

get from the books. Reading books also bring me some skills to solve problems in life.

I know the ways to adjust myself but then face life positively, especial when I'm in

low spirits. So I'll continue to read books.

Challenges of life remind me of my days in senior high school which I joined in

the military training. It was the first time I have lived far away from my home, so I

found difficult to fit in.

And the trained officer was strict with me. I once think I could not stick to the end.

And anyway,I succeeded. The trials made it much easy for me to adapt to life, and the

difficulty I came across have now all become a precious memory in my life. In a

short, I have learned to regard the challenges of life like a stepping stone to future

success.

Last week I visited my friend Li Lei. His mother sincerely asked us to stay for

lunch with them, and I agreed. There was only three people for lunch all altogether.

However, my friend's mother prepared eight dish and we couldn't finished the food at

all. As a result, the food that was not finished thrown away in the end. When I went

hack home I saw some homeless people beg in the street, where reminded me of the

wasted food. I felt really sad. What I wish that no food will be wasted from now on!

In this way, nobody on the earth will be hungry.

Smart phone apps certainly make our life easier. And now, it looks like they

could even do our homework for us. Recent years have seen the release of a various

of study aid apps aimed at student. Most of these apps allow users to take a photo of

our schoolwork and the correct answers will just appear on their smartphones.

Convenient they are, these apps present problems with both parents and teachers.

Most students just copy the answers from the app, while only a few use the app to

study. Better still, some students even use the study aid apps as social networks.

Therefore, this isn’t to say that study aid apps should be completely ban. Parents and

teachers should give necessary guidance to help students to take the advantage of the

study aid apps’ strengths and avoiding their weaknesses.
