Work measurement 工作量计算
The quantities to be considered for the calculation of the total direct price of the insulation works are calculated based on the following measurement convention. The quantities calculated as per the following measurement conventions are considered as being inclusive of all works to be carried out and as the full compensation of the insulation works to be done as defined in the CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. –隔热工作的总的直接费用将根据如下方式来计算工作量。仅在所有的隔热工作及其他工 作都按施工合同完全付诸实施的条件下， 隔热工作的工作量计算才按此方式进行。 Conventionally, prices are all inclusive of work and site constraints such as but not limited to safety constraints, elevated works, laydown area location, etc. They are also inclusive of allowances for off-cuts, loss, theft, supply of samples for checking and analysis by CLIENT. 通常，费用包括所有的工作及现场强制要求的工作，例如（但不限于）安全工作，登高，地下区域 的工作。也还包括边角料,丢失,偷窃，业主用于检查分析的取样量的富裕量的费用。

In case insulation of some pieces of equipment cannot be priced with lump sums due to lack of information from OWNER/TPT, the said insulation works shall be evaluated by application of unit prices to calculated quantities. The surface area considered for payment is the external main surface (including insulation thickness) of the insulated shell of the equipment. 如果一些设备因为业主缺乏一些资料而无法按一次性付款计算， 上述的隔热工作就按单价计算工作量的 方式来估计。需支付的表面积即为设备的隔热外表面的主要面积（考虑隔热厚度）。 Any piping erected on the equipment is paid separately (except if included into a package). 任何连接到设备上的管道单独支付（除非是随设备成套供应〕

For Piping 管道
