三、具体措施1、认真备好每一次辅差教案,努力做好学习过程的趣味性和知识性相结合。

3、搞好家访工作,及时了解学生家庭情况,交流、听取建议意见。
4、沟通思想,切实解决后进生在学习上的困难。
5.采用一优生带一差生的一帮一行动。

四年级英语后20%帮扶计划
学习英语,由于缺乏语境,难以给每一位学生实践与交际的机会,因此两极分化非常明显。
特别是小学英语教学,大部分英语教师都要担任几个班的教学,这更加大了后进生转化工作的难度。
各班人数都45人左右,属于大班教学,由于班级多,学生数多,这给英语教学工作带来了一定的难度。
英语在我国作为第二种语言学习,尤其是在我们农村小学,由于缺乏语境,难以给每一位学生实践与交际的机会,
学生学情:我担任四年级四个班级英语,每个班的后进生至少有10来个。
他们是一个特殊群体,具体表现上课说话做小动作、说小话,批评他们也无所谓,不愿表达自己的意见,不懂装懂,日积月累,他们对英语学习以渐渐失去兴趣,因为他们无法体会到成功的喜悦。
怎样改变后进生这种怕学、厌学的状况呢?根据这四个班实际情况。
措施如下:
一、师帮生教师在后进生转化工作中起着“导”和“演”的双重作用。
1、抓重点:我担任四个班英语教学的现状根据实际无法改变,我要担任30多个后进生的转化工作,实际操作起来真的很困难。
因此,应抓住重点,先帮助那些在短时间内容易转化过来的学生,然后再帮助其他的学生。
2、扬优点:心理学家威谱.詹姆斯有句名言:“人性最深刻的原则就是希望别人对自己加以赏识”。
表面上,后进生表现出一副无所谓的态度,其实,他们比其他学生更渴望得到老师的表扬。
我们可以从这一点入手,让他们的闪光点全部展现出来,并适时表扬,让他们对自己有信心。
3、补弱点:每一个后进生的情况各不一样,有的是因为智力问题,多次的失败使他们对自己失去信心;有的是非智力问题,只是习惯较差,自觉性不强;还有的是因为家庭问题。
教师可针对具体情况,对症下药。
由于我任课多、带班多的特点,接触学生的时间是少之又少,这里主要讲讲如何发动学生的力量,帮助作好后进生的转化工作。
二、生帮生
1、师徒结对首先把优生和后进生的名字罗列出来,让他们自由进行师徒结对,
2、师徒结对后,按照我的课程安排进行互帮互助工作,如优生督促后进生读记单词,练句型,甚至优生还可以督促那些不自觉的学生完成家庭作业或者预习作业,这对于任课多的我来说,可以减轻不少负担。
