萧县食风俗我的家乡在萧县。
萧县,古称萧国,位于淮北平原北部,素有“汉兴福地”“淮海明珠”之称。
其风俗众多,内涵丰富,在淮海地域文化中扮演着极其重要的角色。
在众多的风俗中,影响较为深远的当数吃的风俗。
家乡人喜爱吃羊,谚云:无羊不成席。
羊,是最早被人类成功驯养的动物之一,对人类贡献巨大。
在衣食住行等方面都少不了它,尤其让人难忘的是它肉味的鲜美。
以羊为主要食材的萧县菜品有:烤全羊、手抓羊肉、清汤羊头、羊肉汤、羊肉串、地锅羊肉、羊三宝、香酥羊排、羊肉煎包等。
还有配套面食:烙饼、面条、壮馍等。
另外,还有啤酒等饮品。
当然还少不了葡萄、苹果、青萝卜等萧县特产。
单是看看这些菜名,已经让人垂涎了。
另外,羊肉有其独特的药用价值。
据医圣张仲景《伤寒杂病论》记载:当归羊肉生姜汤能治血虚寒疝等疾病。
李时珍也在《本草纲目》中称:羊肉甘热无毒,食之肥软益人,治疗筋骨急强,虚劳益气。
所以,注重养生的萧县人,特别爱吃羊肉。
民谚为证:“六月六,接姑娘,新麦馍,羊肉汤。
”给回娘家的闺女奉上一碗羊肉汤,表达最美的亲情。
二〇〇〇年,萧县丁里镇民众自发组织吃伏羊活动。
吃伏羊,就是在伏天吃羊。
如何计算初伏的日子?从夏至日后第三个庚日始之日开始。
为什么在伏天吃羊?伏天吃羊,以热制热,驱散体内湿毒,可以补虚健体。
到了二〇〇七年,萧县举办了首届伏羊文化节,这样,吃羊的文章做大了。
二〇一五年,伏羊节打出主题:羊那么香,我想去尝尝。
萧县主会场举办千人吃伏羊品鉴会,现场撑起直径达三米的大锅,可以同时满足两千人就餐。
在二〇一七年十一月,萧县伏羊宴被评为安徽省非物质文化遗产,这是莫大的殊荣!做好“羊”文章,打造大品牌,彰显萧县人民的智慧,述说萧县人民的伟大梦想。
从“羊大”为“美”的审美情趣,到“鱼羊”为“鲜”的美食追求,再到“食羊”为“养”的养生理念,无不隐含着萧县人对羊肉美食的热爱和对羊肉烹饪技艺的无止境追求。
萧县食羊风俗是对中华食文化的卓越贡献。
不过,家乡有关吃的风俗中,也有糟粕。

从“赶集”到“逛商城”,村民的购物方式正悄悄地发生改变。
我的家乡在萧县,位于安徽省最北部,座落在苏、鲁、豫、皖四省交界处。
近两年来,萧县的最大变化就是村镇传统集市正被商贸城、步行街取代,这或可视为村镇变迁、发展的注脚。
“赶集”记忆春节临近,在外打拼的村民纷纷回乡过年,萧条了近10个月的村镇集市重新热闹了起来。
在萧县,村民见面常挂在嘴边的问候语是:“今天镇上逢集,去赶集吗?”作为村民交易、交流的场所,集市与村镇的发展息息相关。
据老人说,附近几个镇上的集市多是在四五十年前兴起的,集与镇相伴而生,“因集兴镇,因镇逢集。
”“ 我小时候,集市上除卖年货外,还有吹糖人的、唱大戏的、扎云灯的、玩套圈的……现在,大量农村艺人消失,手艺已经失传,集市上已经没有能体现年味的东西。
”年过八旬的萧县赵楼村村民王保身回忆说。
在西南政法大学读研的吴波,对萧县老家的农村集市有着许多美好的回忆。
他说,“赶集”绝不仅仅是买东西,更多的是看热闹、找乐趣、会朋友,甚至相亲。
和城市中的卖场不同,集市上多是熟人间的交易,讨价还价、赊账都是常有的事情。
集市虽小,但所交易的商品很繁杂,不像城市中卖场分区那么严格,但也大致会有菜市、布匹市、鸡鸭市、花鸟鱼虫市、牛羊市……除了买卖衣食等日用品外,村民随便摆个摊,就可以做点小生意。
自己家养的牛、羊,都可以在这里买卖。
近些年来,村镇集市出现了一些变化:大型超市的闯入,使摆摊的生意渐被店面挤压;更多的外来者成为生意场上的优胜者,亦农亦商的土著生意人消亡;村民们自产自销的农产品、家畜或手工艺品等,越来越多地被工业制品取代。
伴随这些变化,或许连集市本身也将走向消亡。
兴起之初,村镇集市基本都是沿着县道、省道甚至国道而设,当地有个形象的说法,称为“骑路逢集”。
