TDK联机电脑使用说明书一、使用准备1、电脑主机、显示器电源要求接:220V 50/60 Hz;2、将数据线9针口连接在PC COM1接口,25针接TDK机器主控箱外接口,外接口如图:机器接口位置3、打开电脑主机及显示器。
※注意:数据线连接好后,再开电脑主机,COM1串口和TDK机器外接口不支持热插拔!否则有烧坏接口的情况发生!※4、将TDK设备系统OPTIONAL PARAMETER WORD N0.2=8 N0.21=1 N0.22=0。
OPTIONAL PARAMETER BIT N0.1=01010011 N0.2=00000001。
a、OPTIONAL PARAMETER WORD设定方法:按操作面板上MODEL SELECT之SYSTEM DATA 灯亮,按F4(ITEM)直至出现OPTIONAL PARAMETER WORD画面,把光标移至N0.2后的数字上,按F1(SET)在键盘上按8然后按,N0.2设定完成。
使用键翻页,找到N0.21、N0.22所在页,把光标移至N0.21后的数字上,按F1(SET)在键盘上按1然后按,把光标移至N0.22后的数字上,按F1(SET)在键盘上按0然后按。
b、OPTIONAL PARAMETER BIT设定方法:按操作面板上MODEL SELECT之SYSTEM DATA 灯亮,按F4(ITEM)直至出现OPTIONAL PARAMETER BIT画面,把光标移至N0.1后的数字上,按F1(SET)在键盘上按01010011然后按,再把光标移至N0.2后的数字上,按F1(SET)在键盘上按00000001然后按。
机器设定完成。
二、电脑操作1、打开电脑出现c:\>提示,c:\>TDK 回车(Enter)出现如下画面:2、按任意键出现出现如下主菜单画面:菜单说明:(F1)DOWN LOAD 程序从电脑发送到机器(F2) UP LOAD 程序从机器保存到电脑(F3)DATA EDIT 程序编辑(F4)CONFIGURATION 连接软件系统设定(F5)M/C MODEL CHANGE 机器型号更换(F6)DATA AND PRINTER 数据文件列表打印(ESC)END OFF SYSTEM 退出三、程序从电脑发送到机器1、电脑操作,按(F1)DOWN LOAD出现画面:a、写入程序所在路径,如下画面:b、回车(Enter),出现如下画面,打开文件所在文件夹:c、输入要传送到机器的程序名, 程序名后缀“.VC5”必须写上,如下画面:d、回车(Enter)出现如下画面:e、输入传送到机器文件名,文件名名后缀“.VC5”必须写上,如下画面:注意:※1、在输入程序名和文件名时后缀的.VC5必须写全否则机器可能无法识别程序,可能造成无法传输的情况发生!※※2、PROGRAM NAME: 与:输入的名字后缀必须一样,否则可能造成无法传输的情况发生!※f、回车(Enter)出现如下画面:2、电脑操作完成,接下来还要进行TDK设备上的操作。

前面板上的控制器和指示器:
后面板拨码开关SW1(我们使用时1和9 UP)
SAF和AU7模式切换:
长按OUT键可以让电源在安全启动模式(SAF)和自动重启模式(AU7)之间切换,如果显示SAF时松开OUT,则为SAF模式;
安全启动模式:当电源处于安全启动模式下,使能/禁用故障解除后,可通过按下OUT按钮或发送“OUT 1”串行通信命令来恢复输出;
自动重启模式:使能/禁用故障解除后,输出将自动返回到 ON 状态
在SAF模式下,只能自动触发输出一次;而在AU7模式下,则不限次数;从SAF模式切换至AU7模式后,需手动按一下OUT键以后,电源才能正常工作。
电压源模式和电流源模式的切换:
按下PREW设置电流电压值,如10V,10A;如果负载为0.5欧姆,10V和10A 先到10A,则电源处于电流源模式;同样10V和10A的参数,如果负载大于1欧姆,则10V先到,此时电源处于电压源模式。
J1为25针插头,9和22引脚控制电压:
工控机—W1电路板—A1板卡—J1的9和22针(控制电压的信号)
J1的1和14脚与K21的常开触点连接,为ENABLE信号。

All technical specifications for standard products also apply to customer specific products.Product specific:Soldering:•The solder profile must comply with the technical product specifications. All other profiles will void the warranty.•All other soldering methods are at the customers’ own risk.•Strong forces which may affect the coplanarity of the components’ electrical connection with the PCB (i.e. pins), can damage the part, resulting in avoid of the warranty.Cleaning and Washing:•Washing agents used during the production to clean the customer application might damage or change the characteristics of the wire insulation, marking or plating. Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product.•Using a brush during the cleaning process may break the wire due to its small diameter. Therefore, we do not recommend using a brush during the PCB cleaning process.Potting:•If the product is potted in the customer application, the potting material may shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the core. Expansion could damage the components. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Electronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components. Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. If the ordered quantity exceeds or is lower than the specified packaging unit, packaging in accordance with the packaging specifications cannot be ensured. Handling:•Violation of the technical product specifications such as exceeding the nominal rated current will void the warranty.•Applying currents with audio-frequency signals may result in audible noise due to the magnetostrictive material properties.•The temperature rise of the component must be taken into consideration. 二、电脑操作
1、打开电脑出现c:\>提示,c:\>TDK 回车(Enter)出现如下画面:

(F6)DATA FILE LIST AND PRINTER 数据文件列表打印(ESC)END OFF SYSTEM 退出
三、程序从电脑发送到机器
1、电脑操作,按(F1)DOWN LOAD出现画面:
a、写入程序所在路径,如下画面:
b、回车(Enter),出现如下画面,打开文件所在文件夹:
c、输入要传送到机器的程序名, 程序名后缀“.VC5”必须写上,如下画面:
d、回车(Enter)出现如下画面:
e、输入传送到机器文件名,文件名名后缀“.VC5”必须写上,如下画面:
注意:※1、在输入程序名和文件名时后缀的.VC5必须写全否则机器可能无法识别程序,可能造成无法传输的情况发生!※
※2、PROGRAM NAME: 与FILE NAME:输入的名字后缀必须一样,否则可能造成无法传输的情况发生!※
f、回车(Enter)出现如下画面:
2、电脑操作完成,接下来还要进行TDK设备上的操作。
a、按操作面板上MODEL SELECT之PROGRAM 灯亮,
按EXTEND键直至出现屏幕出现
F1(LIST)、F2(FREE)、F3(RENAME)、F4(PIP)画面,再按F4(PIP)屏幕出现
F1(READ)、F2(PUNCH)、F3(VERIFY)、F4(COPY)
b、按F1(READ)后输入TT:再按机器操作面板上开始传送,电脑出现如下画面:
c、当程序传输完成时,机器屏幕上出现end of file
e、在电脑上按回车(Enter)回到主菜单
四、程序从机器发送到电脑
1、电脑操作
a、在主菜单按(F2) UP LOAD出现如下画面:
b、写入程序保存路径,例如:
c、回车(Enter)打开程序要保存到的所在文件夹
d、输入要从机器发送到电脑的程序名,如下画面:
注意※此程序名与机器上要发送到电脑程序名一样,机器程序名后缀.MIN改为.VC5输入。
例如:机器的程序名是LEOMP3.MIN,在电脑此画面输入为LEOMP3.VC5※
e、回车(Enter),出现如下画面:
f、输入保存到电脑的文件名
注意:※1、在输入程序名和文件名时后缀的.VC5必须写全否则机器可能无法识别程序,可能造成无法传输的情况发生!※
※2、PROGRAM NAME: 与FILE NAME:输入的名字后缀必须一样,否则可能造成无法传输的情况发生!※
g、回车(Enter),出现如下画面:
