一种AC/DC电源供电系统的应用新方案广州金升阳科技有限公司一.应用背景随着科技的发展,AC/DC电源系统在社会的各个领域得到了广泛的运用,同时也对系统的可靠性提出了新的要求。
特别是在一些要求不间断供电的运用场合(如电力系统),对系统可靠性的要求就更为严格。
而作为系统的供电部分更是如此。
在一般的AC/DC电源系统都匹配有备用供电电源,如何实现主电源和备用电源的双重有效性呢?这就是我们要讨论的问题。
二.实现方案要实现这个方案,只要2个整流桥就可以实现,如图1。
图1因为AC/DC电源都内置整流桥,因此,这里的主电源和备用电源可以是交流电源也可以直流电源。
这里分三种情况进行讨论。
1.当两者都是交流电源时这里又分3种情况进行讨论①主电源的电压值大于备用电源的电压值时主电源的交流电经过整流桥A后被整流成直流电,由于备用电源的电压值低于主电源的电压值,所以整流桥B会被截止,只有主电源给AC/DC电源模块供电,而备用电源不起作用。
当主电源出现故障时,整流桥B会导通,由备用电源给AC/DC电源模块供电。
②主电源的电压值等于备用电源的电压值时此时,主电源和备用电源的交流电分别通过整流桥A和B被整流成大小相等的直流电,由2者共同给AC/DC电源模块供电。
当其中的某个电源出现故障时,由另一个单独给AC/DC电源模块供电。
③主电源的电压值小于备用电源的电压值时此时,像前面分析的一样,整流桥A会被截止,由备用电源给AC/DC电源模块供电。
当备用电源出现故障时,整流桥A会导通,由主电源给AC/DC电源模块供电。
2.当两者都为直流电时这里也分3种情况进行讨论①主电源的电压值大于备用电源的电压值时主电源的直流电经过整流桥A的D1和D3后给AC/DC电源模块供电,由于备用电源的电压值低于主电源的电压值,所以整流桥B会被截止。
整个整流桥B不工作,只有主电源给AC/DC 电源模块供电,而备用电源不起作用。
当主电源出现故障时,整流桥B的D5和D7才会导通,由备用电源给AC/DC电源模块供电。
应用范围●用于消费类电子(手机、平板电脑和照相机)的USB 兼容适配器和充电器●AC-DC 变换器功能描述原边反馈控制器SCM1702A 在无需光耦的情况下,实现恒压(CV)和恒流(CC)输出。
控制器通过检测辅助绕组波形的拐点信息,实现输出电压和电流的精确控制。
内置650V 高压启动电路,可在宽输入电压范围内启动控制器,并在控制器启动后关闭启动电路,降低控制器的供电损耗。
SCM1702A 内部集成各类补偿电路,不需要增加额外器件就能实现极高的输出电压精度、优秀的动态响应特性,以及极低的输出电压温度系数。
SCM1702A 内部还集成了输出过压保护、FB 引脚故障保护、CS 引脚故障保护、输出短路保护和过温保护,容易满足安规要求。

5D O 为内置功率MOS 管的漏极,与反激变压器原边绕组一端连接;同时还是高压启动输入端,给VDD 旁路电容充电,启动控制器。
