Good morning/afternoon/evening! It is truly an honor for me to stand before you today and

address such a talented group of students who have come together for this English

competition. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has made this

event possible, especially the organizing committee and our esteemed judges.

Today, we have gathered here to witness the culmination of months of hard work and

dedication put in by our young participants. It is an incredible feat for each and every one of

them to have made it to this stage, and I commend them for their perseverance and

commitment to mastering the English language.

English is not only a global language but also a language of opportunity. The ability to

communicate effectively in English opens doors to a plethora of opportunities, both

academically and professionally. English proficiency is no longer a luxury; it has become a

necessity in today's interconnected world.

Through this competition, we aim to provide a platform for our students to showcase their

language skills, but more importantly, to nurture their love for the language. Language

learning should not be restricted to textbooks and exams; it should be a journey of

exploration, self-discovery, and personal growth.

To all the students participating in this competition, I want to remind you that success is not

merely defined by winning or losing. Your participation alone is an achievement in itself.

To the parents and teachers present here, I want to express my utmost gratitude for your

unwavering support. Without your guidance and encouragement, our students would not

have reached this stage. Your role in their journey cannot be understated, and for that, we

applaud you.

Lastly, I would like to extend my best wishes to all the participants. Remember that this

competition is not a reflection of your worth or potential. It is a stepping stone towards

your future endeavors in the English language. Win or lose, your dedication, hard work, and

determination will continue to pay off in ways you may not even realize yet.

尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的老师们：

在这个柳芽初上枝头三月，很开心有这样一次机会，能让自己和大家一起，交流上班这两年的感受。作为一名八年级的英语老师，我是看着一批孩子从七年级的小萝卜头到现在长得比我还要高，从懵懂无知到知书达理，他们的成长是我有目共睹的，那我也在反思自己这两年到底成长了多少呢？

;我今天主要从备课和上课这两个方面来分享一下我的感受。我们都知道要给学生一碗水，那教师至少要是一条源源不断的河流。那备课的重要性就不言而喻了。还记得，刚从教的自己备课时忽略了明确的教学目标，教学重点对学生学情难以把握。但在一次次泪内听课和向其他教师的请教下，我反思自己上一节课是要给学生定下学习目标，老师与学生是朝着好目标努力。要想抓住重难点，在研究教材，参考资料的同时，可以先做考题，多做考题，考什么做什么，也是有一定道理的。先做高效的课堂也需要个完善的教学过程，教案会有所体现，但为每节课下简洁的教学步骤，课前五分钟迅速浏览会让老师做好心里有数，从客的走入课堂。

;那一节课的标准是什么呢。我一直在琢磨和探索的路上。近年来，我们经开区的教育，在探索高效课堂，由于学生最多能连续保持20分钟的这一注意特点那我在想如何让自己的课堂效率提高呢？老师要力争抓住最佳时间，这到教学目标，对于英语这一学科，为学生创设丰富的生活情景，学生就会想多高兴趣，学生表会愿意去说，主动参与。充分调动学生的积极性。但高效并不是一味的求速度，前不久看到这样一句话：老师想出的问题，80%的问题要给学生10s的思考时间剩下的20%要给学生5s的思考时间。应此，再叫的重难点是放慢速度，照顾到一些程度教弱的学生，给足他们思考理解的时间。同时教学也是一门艺术，想到我曾经与姚黄老师一起讨论“must”“have to”这两个情态动词的用法与讲解，我们都是用很标准的讲法，must“必须”，由于主观原因，have to 不得不，由于客观原因，可我们听王军丽这样讲的，must 表自愿，have to 被逼的，学生会更容易理解哪一种呢？他们会更喜欢有趣的“自愿与被逼”，我们在教学的路上探寻着，进步着，我们需要探索出一套和自己性格，教学风格相匹配的教学模式，形成自己独特的教学风格，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。让我们一起努力吧！The;;way;;ahead;;is;;long;;and;;has;;no;;ending ；yet;;high;;and;;low;;I’ll;;search;;with;;my;;will;;unbending . significance of English competitions in our educational journey.

First and foremost, English competitions serve as a platform for

students to showcase their language skills. In today's globalized world,

English has become a universal language that bridges the gap between

cultures. By participating in English competitions, students are able to

enhance their proficiency in the language, which is crucial for their

future success. These competitions provide a competitive environment

尊敬的各位领导、老师、同学们：

大家下午好！

在这个阳光明媚的初夏，我们聚首在一起，备战即将开始的我院第二届职业技能大赛。我有幸作为指导教师代表在此发言，深感荣幸。

作为工作在职教战线上的一名一线教师，我深深地体会到职业技能对于每位职业院校学生的重要性。它不仅关系到学生的毕业、就业，而且关系到学生未来的职业发展。因此，在三年的高职学习期间，每一位学生都应掌握至少一门与本行业相关的职业技能。这就需要专业课教师在教学的过程中将职业技能融入到日常的课程教学中。下面我就自己多年的教学教改过程中的一些体会与各位分享。

一、备课阶段收集资料、亲身实践。备课是授课的前提，俗话说“好的开始是成功的一半”，备课内容是否充分，资料准备是否齐全关系到整个课程环节完成的优劣。专业课的备课不仅仅是专业理论内容的充实，还要考虑到专业技能、学生层次等诸多的因素。在备课阶段不仅仅是需要对即将上的一节课内容有深入的了解，而且还需要对整门课程甚至该课程在专业领域中的作用有一个清晰的认识。只有做到了心中有数，才能有的放矢。

二、授课阶段任务细化，个别指导。授课是整个教学环节的核心，所有的前提备课准备都需要在授课这个阶段得以实施。但是以项目化的任务为导向的职业技能教学不能采取填压的方法，而必须将整个教学内容按工作领域项目化，每个项目可以再细化为多个任务，在指导学生参与完成整个项目的过程中，针对不同学生产生的个性化问题进行逐一的解答，只有这种因人而异的教学方法才能做到因材施教、因人施教。

三、课后阶段及时沟通，交流点评。项目化的专业技能教学不仅需要将任务的完成作为课程完成的目标，更重要的是需要将每位同学不同的完成过程、不同的完成成果进行针对性的点评，指出每种方案的优缺点，这样既可以使学生开拓思路，又能及时的吸收自己及他人的长处。因此，一节课程的结束并不能代表任务的完成，而是应该有一个互评的过程，在这个过程中大家相互取长补短，交流沟通。至此，才能算作一个完整的教学过程的结束。
