Unit 4 At the sports meeting一、【设计理念】结合先学后教教学的要求，先学，后教，当堂训练。

在小学阶段对学生英语能力的培养从学生的兴趣、语感，习惯等入手，运用多种形式及手段组织课堂从而提高课堂效率。

利用图文并茂PPT课件实现对旧知识的复习和对新知识的迁移，最后创设情境，综合运用，力求使每个学生在原有的基础上提高。

二、【教材与学情分析】本节课是新陕旅版小学英语第八册第四单元：At the sports meeting的第一课时。

本节课主要是学习有关运动项目的一些新词组，并且会运用：What’s your favorite sport s ?和What are you good at ? 做一些简单的交流。

【教学目标】一、能听、说、读、写以下单词Long jump high jump throwing 100-meter race running race have a sports meeting二、能听懂、会说、会读句子1、What are you good at ?I am good at …2、What’s your favorite sp orts ?My favorite sport is …【教学重点】本单元的四会单词是本节课的教学重点【教学难点】Be good at 句型的灵活运用【教具准备】多媒体课件、单词卡片三、说教法和学发（1）情境教学法：我将教学建立在满足学生心理需要的基础上。

使教学带有浓厚的感情色彩，营造一种英语学习的气氛。

（2）小组活动法：告诉学生元音字母在单词中的发音，让小组讨论单词的发音，并识记、拼写单词。

四、教学过程为了完成教学任务达到的学以致用的目标，我安排了六个主要教学环节（一）、歌曲引课，创设英语学习氛围。

（二）、学生与老师自由交谈Do you like do sports ?What kind of sport do you like ?Are you good at swimming/ skating/ playing ping-pang ?(三)、巩固旧知，分层教学，呈现新短语1、通过和学生自由交谈，看图片，复习以前学过的有关运动项目的单词2、以旧联新，在复习旧知识时利用情景，引入新学单词。
