三、项目经理审核完成后,移交公司工程部、合约部、预算部,工程部审核施工进度及施工质量,合约部审核扣款金额,预算部审核其上报的工程量及产值,在付款申请表上提出审核意见并签字后交予项目经理复核,复核完成后由承包单位填写《工程量确认单》并签章(详见附件3),后附相应款项的增值税专用发票及增值税发票查验平台第1次查询结果打印并加盖公司公章。
此项流程完成期限为:12 天。
四、项目经理将申请表、确认单及附件资料交予合约负责人,由合约负责人填写《工程款支付审批表》(详见附件4),交予总经理助理审核,总助审核并组织公司相关人员进行会签。
此会签期限为:4天。
五、我司在完成项目付款审批后的14个日历天(如遇节假日相应顺延)内支付承包单位当期应得工程款项,上述人员对自己所审核签字文件的真实性、完整性承担全部责任。
