微波炉按键故障应急修理方法
故障现象:一台格兰仕WD800B微波炉使用多年,感觉加热效果不错。
中间换过一次磁控管。
最近发现,经常使用的【火力】和【取消】按键无效,而【微波】按键、时间设定按键、【启动】按键功能正常。
分析与检修:【火力】和【取消】按键功能失效,总觉得使用不方便,不能发挥微波炉应有的功能。
丢也不是,不丢也不是,有点“鸡肋”的感觉。
既然舍不得丢,就想办法修吧。
首先,找到了该机按键电路的原理图,如上图所示。
经分析,如果是薄膜按键的问题,就应该有4个按键失效,分别是:【薄块烧烤】、【火力】、【取消】和【1 秒】。
【薄块烧烤】和【1秒】两个按键不经常用,就不管了。
按上图,在薄膜按键插座底下的②脚、⑧脚和⑨脚焊上3根线,连接两个按键,通电,有反应,确认故障是因薄膜按键异常所致。
因该微波炉是自己使用,只要把【火力】和【取消】按键功能恢复正常就可以了,所以在操作面板上找到能安装普通按钮的位置,钻孔、固定好按键(见下图)。
连线后试机,发现【火力】按钮的功能是对的,但加热时按【取消】按钮无效,说明【取消】按键脚位不对。
经分析电路后,将⑧脚的连线改接到11脚,再通电试验,【取消】按键功能恢复正常。

我家有一台格兰仕WD750BS电脑烧烤微波炉,可是名牌哩!
这台微波炉长30厘米,宽20厘米,高15厘米,长方体,呈乳白色.它的正面左边有一扇窗门,窗门的左下部贴有格兰什的商标,正面的右边分上下两部,其上部有一个分秒显示器,下部是一排功能键;上面正中间有一些小孔,是用来排热的.打开窗门,里面有一个圆形的玻璃托盘,用来放食品,两侧也有一些小孔,用来通风,上面还有一些小孔是和外面相通的,哦,,还有一个石英烧烤管,在炉腔顶部,这个东西可重要了。
别小看这台微波炉只有14英寸电视机那样大,它的作用可大了!
微波炉可以煎、炒、烘、烤、焖、炖、烩,再加以解冻等多种烹饪方法.热效率高,耗电量少,烹调快,合乎经济原则,比传统式烹饪节省时间.保持实物的原之色、香、味与营养成分,使人能发挥厨师般的手艺.能迅速解冻食物,并保持食物组织的水分与鲜嫩.食物能被均匀地加热,随时供应热食而不浪费剩余食物.放在容器内或耐热包装的食物均可以用微波炉加热烹饪。

微波技术与微电子学均问世于上世纪的30年代,最初是作为信息传输手段在通信领域中运用,二次世界大战期间出现了雷达,战争促进了微波器件与微波技术的应用。
1945年美国的Raytheon Co.LTD的斯彭塞在调试雷达后发现他口袋里的巧克力融化了,在解释这种现象的过程中,人们认识到这是微波的作用。

4)当您预定的时间短于一分钟时,则先将定时器旋至超过一分钟,再回旋到所希望的时间。

微波炉作为现代厨房电器的新宠,越来越普及地走进干家万户。
微波炉以其加热速度快,省电且无污染等特点,确实给人们的生活带来方便。
目前市场上微波产品很多,但格兰仕微波炉一直是一枝独秀。
一、格兰仕微波炉型号的识别二、微波炉结构特点和工作原理微波炉主要由炉腔、炉门和控制电路等几部分组成。
1.炉腔:是一个微波谐振腔,是把微波能变为热能对食物进行加热的空间。
在炉腔底部装一只由微型电机带动的玻璃转盘,把被加热食品放在转盘上与转盘一起旋转,使其与炉内的高频电磁场作相对运动,以达到炉内食品均匀加热的目的。
2.炉门:是食品的进出口。
炉门由金属框架和观察窗组成。
既要求从门外可以观察到炉内食品加热的情况,又不能让微波泄漏出来。
观察窗的玻璃夹层中有一层金属微孔网,既可透过它看到食品,又可防止微波泄漏。
由于金属网孔大小是经过精密计算的,所以完全可以阻挡微波的穿透。
3.控制电路:控制电路如图1所示,又分为低压电路,控制电路和高压电路三部分。
高压变压器次级绕组之后的电路为高压电路,主要包括:磁控管、高压电容器c、高压变压器T、高压二极管D。
磁控管是微波炉的心脏,微波能就是由它产生并发射出来的。
它的工作需要很高的脉动直流阳极电压和约3~4V的灯丝电压。
由高压变压器及高压电容器、高压二极管构成的倍压整流电路为磁控管提供了满足上述要求的工作电压。
高压变压器初级绕组之前至微波炉电源入口之间的电路为低压,电路(也包括了控制电路)主要包括:保险管Fu、热断路器保护开关sw6、sw7、联锁开关swl~sw3、照明灯、定时器及功率分配器开关sw4、sw5、转盘电机M3和风扇电机M2等。
转盘电机与风扇电机为同步电机,即微波炉工作时转盘电机转动并带动玻璃转盘,风扇电机也同步转动,对磁控管及其它主要部件进行冷却。
三、并非微波炉故障的判别对于微波炉在使用过程中出现的一些现象,有的用户因为对微波炉不太了解,常容易误认为微波炉出了故障。
1.跳闸微波炉整机的功耗大,整个启动过程要比一般家电时间长,所以启动时的耗电为微波炉输入功率的5~6倍。

一、磁控管检测方法:
1)在磁控管灯丝端子之间进行测试,电阻值应小于1Ω
2)在任一灯丝端子和磁控管(接地)之间测试,电阻值应无穷大;如果电阻很小或为零,那么该磁控管应更换
二、高压变压器检测方法:检测三个绕组
1)初级绕组,约1.45Ω
2)次级绕组,约112Ω
3)灯丝绕组,小于1Ω
如果所测得的读数不符合上述的数据,则高压变压器可能有故障,应进行更换
三、高压电容器检测方法:
1)需将测量仪器设在最高电阻量程;
2)正常现象:a、测试电容器两端子,在短时间内(实跳)显示导通,然后充电后的电阻大约为10MΩ;b、端子与外壳的电阻应无穷大;3)不正常现象:a、短路电容器始终导通;b、开路电容器因其10MΩ的内阻而始终显示大约10MΩ的电阻值;c、当高压电容器中的内部线路接线开路,就会显示一个无穷大电阻
四、高压二极管(又称单向二极管或高压整流器组件)检测方法
1)将仪器设置为最高电阻量程(注意:测量仪器的电池至少也必须具
备6V的电压,否则在两个方向都会显示无限大电阻)
2)正常电阻在一个方向是无穷大,在另一个方向大于100kΩ
五、双向二极管(又称保护二极管)检测方法
1)将仪器设置为最高电阻量程
2)断开导线,将保护二极管从电路上分离出来
3)正常现象应该是从两个方向测试保护二极管的两端,电阻值都是无穷大。
若其被损坏,将在一个或两个方向上表现出导通性
注:Δ 以上元器件的检测均是在切断电源后并将电容放电,拔掉各相关接线
1、定义是:F接高压电容(高压变压器低压组的起始端并与高压绕组的未端相连),FA接高压变压器低压绕组的未端。
2、但是很多同仁都认为这两脚随意接都无所谓,我也是这样的认为,就如我们接插座时,按规定有接地脚的是左零右火上接地的接法。
很多电工有的就没有这样零线与火线就随意的调换意思一样。
