慢慢地，等我们有了一定的基础过后，他便给我们发活儿，正式开始工作。

由于各方面的原因，工作开始过后，陆续有同学退出，从最初的13人减少到了半个月后的8人。

考虑到本专业有许多东西要学，而且自己也不太适应那里的工作环境，因此我也在四月底离开了，自己的正式工作时间为3月8日到4月30日。

工作的具体流程是这样的：每天晚上我们到那里的时候，已经有当天要完成的工作保存在各自的工作文件夹里，我们每个人的工作数量相同，这样便于修改。

接着我们便动手翻译，一般持续时间为3个小时左右，期间可以讨论。

我一直觉得，要想掌握一种语言，像一些在缺乏必要的语言环境的条件的大学生，还是有捷径可走的。

大量的阅读和扩大词汇以及做全真试题，然后通过四六级考试，接着利用在准备这些考试过程中培养出来的语感及词汇过渡到口语和听力的学习，是一个顺理成章的事，但这些都和diligence分不开。

而大家的偶尔一句我要好好学英语了，也决不能只是一句漂亮的话，一定要有行动并持之以恒。

我高中英语一般，但是通过大学三年的积累，也自认为学到了很多，并有了很大的进步，所以，只有日积月累，通过量变，才有可能实现质的飞跃。

大一的时候学英语还是很保守的，所以刚听到李阳这种英语教学者也觉得非常新鲜，所以寝室里每人都买了他的其中一本书，我记得我买的那本是爱情英语，因为它里面说学英语是枯燥的，而爱情是浪漫的，所以把英语与爱情结合在一起是最好不过了。

我还记得我背下了大话西游里的那段经典的对白，那是我大学里学习口语的开端。

而外语系公共教学普遍的背文章期末加分制，也促使我背了好些文章，这些都为我以后四六级考试以及在和人家对话练口语时提供了很好的素材。

说实话我四六级考试至少在作文这块从来没有刻意去准备过，只是图表分析作文我看过一点格式，其他的我都是用我背诵的文章加改写完成的，背诵这个方法太有好处了，几乎涉及英语学习的每个方面。

但是我背诵不是那种迷迷糊糊的背，而是背的很熟练的，能够脱口而出的，这是李阳老师的书上教的。

在英语学习的道路上，有时你会感觉自己进步很慢。
