Dear Chris,

How are you doing? I am fine. I have been organizing a

one -day summer camp in Green Hill this Saturday.As planned,

we will be leaving by bus at 7 am at the school gate. About 2

hours will be spent climbing the mountain .After that we will

have a picnic by the lake at the foot of the mountain.

Up till now, 3 boys and 4 girls have joined the team. I do

hope that you could join us because Green Hill is such a fun

2017年6月11日上午，阅卷组召开了2017高考阅卷全体动员大会。会议强调指出，全媒体时代，媒体舆论环境特别复杂，每一个人都成了可能的信息员，一个不经意的言论、一件琐事、一段视频或音频、一张图片就可能引起轩然大波，以至于群体性事件。要求全体阅卷人员不得将手机带入阅卷场地，未经省考试院许可，任何人不得接受媒体采访。

11日下午，在评卷之前，阅卷组首先选择了11份标杆卷，由专家对阅卷老师进行阅卷培训和试评，让阅卷人员掌握评分标准，保证阅卷尺度的统一。今年，阅卷老师先是仔细揣摩了11份标杆卷并进入试评，后又临时追加至21篇，因此今年试评时间较往年更长，用时整整两天。之所以试评时间长达两天，一是为了让阅卷老师熟悉评分标准，熟悉各种类型的作文给分标准。二是为了公平、公正，希望给考生十年寒窗苦读的成果一个客观真实的分数。13日上午转入正式评卷。学科质检组时刻掌控着阅卷老师的阅卷情况，随时调整监控，保证高考作文的阅卷质量。19目上午12点之前全部阅完，返程。

实录一： “三评加仲裁'机制减少误判

我省高考试卷中的作文部分，全部采取“四评”机制，即“三评加仲裁”的评卷流程。“三评加仲裁”是指，网上评卷系统将隐去考生所有个人信息的答题图片随机分发到两位评卷员的计算机上，评卷员根据评分标准在计算机上对考生的答题给出分数。当两位评卷员所给分数之差小于事先设定的差值阈限时，计算机自动取两人给分的平均分作为该考生该题目的最终得分。如果出现两位评卷员所给的分数之差大于事先设定的差值阈限的情况，计算机自动将该考生该题目的图片发给该题目的题长，由题长进行三评。三评结束后，计算机则自动对三位评卷员所给的分数进行两两对比，如果某两位评卷员所给的分数之差小于事先设定的差值阈限，则计算机自动求取平均分；如果大于差值阈限，计算机会将该考生该题目的图片发给学科评卷领导小组裁定，由学科组长组织评卷专家给出最终分数。这种模式也促使评卷员必须以更饱满的热情投入到工作中来，严格执行评分标准，不受个人情绪、身体等因素的影响，调整好状态，排除各种干扰，给每份试卷一个公正的分数。评阅普通高考作文的阅卷员，今年全部由具有本学科中、高级以上职称的中学教师担任，要求“从事本学科教学工作，业务水平较高，责任心强”且“当年无直系亲属在我省参加该项考试”。全部选聘中学一线教师，年龄均在35岁以上，且不得超过50岁。因此所选聘的评卷员在年龄、从教经验、个人精力等方面都具备优势。为了保证阅卷工作的严肃性，阅卷现场24小时皆有人值守，所有阅卷人员一律凭证件上岗，所有人员的水杯一律放在阅卷室外面，严禁携带手机进入阅卷室，严格凭证进出。

Once upon a time, I remember the days leading up to the

2017 Jiangsu High School Exam. It was a mix of nervousness

and excitement, like a first date with an unknown future.

English essay writing was always a challenge for me.

But it was also a fun puzzle to solve, trying to put words

together in a way that would make sense to a stranger. It

was like cooking a meal without a recipe, hoping the

flavors would blend perfectly.

One thing I learned was not to overthink it. Sometimes,

the simplest words can convey the deepest meanings. It's

like when you're explaining something to a little kid; you

use the smallest, most basic words to get the idea across.

And then there were the moments of inspiration.

Suddenly, a sentence or an idea would pop into my head, and

I'd be like, "That's it! That's the perfect way to say it!"
