咱们农民工在外打工,除了进工厂,大多数选择在建筑工地,要么有一身力气,要么懂一门技术,才能挣高工资。
水电工作为建筑工地必不可少的工种,首先得看懂水电图纸。
这是一份水电图纸的一部分,是平面图,首先我们概览一下,其中所包括的东西有:墙、柱子、门、窗、楼梯、电路、水路等等,我们分项来认识一下。
两根粗蓝线组成的长条表示'墙',四面墙围成的“衣帽间”
粗黑正方形表示柱子
这个竖长条连着弧线的扇形样的表示“门″,竖条在哪边,表示门往哪边开。
这表示“双开门'
四条横线组成的图形表示“窗子'
WL6、WP2、WP3均表示电路回路,箭头表示向上、向下引线。
由“+”相连的两个半圆表示“五孔插座”
这个“1C”表示“三孔空调插座”
这三个黑白相间的框是卫生间“蹲便器',我们要预留给排水,排水预留洞中心距墙55CM,是前下水,两相邻蹲便器相距90cm 横线带个圈表示“淋浴″,旁边的黑色条纹圈表示“地漏”
这些细横线和折线组成的是表示“楼梯”。
家庭装修水电施工图一、家装水电施工图概念家装水电施工图,是家居的水路、电气施工的前题与依据,它以施工人员都看得懂的符号标注在施工图纸上,来指导工人进行相应的作业。
二、家装水电施工图内容完整的家装水电施工图应包括以下内容:1、平面图:反映各用电器、给排水各使用点的位置。
图纸上应标有尺寸,包括尺寸比例。
2、系统图:反映各个用电回路在系统中的容量、分配方式,开关型号,接线、线路敷设方式,穿线管与导线的规格,系统保护方式;反映给排水管的连接、分支,管材的规格,各用水点的标高。

三、家装水电施工图作用1、是一份施工的依据。
家居的水路、电气如何敷设,除了一般的要求外,还是业主基本生活习惯与需求的反映,因此,水电施工图必须将这些一般的与特殊的需求事先设计好,然后再进行施工。
2、是一份验收的依据。
家居装修的水电安装是否合格,是否合乎业主的要求,同样需要依据这份图纸进行比对。
否则,各执一词,很难分清责任。
3、是一份维护的依据。
众所周知,现在的水电工程多是隐蔽工程,家居装修完成后,外观基本上看不同水电敷设的痕迹。
那么,日后的维护如果没有施工图纸作为依据,要查出出问题的线路与水路,极有可能无从着手。
四、家装水电施工图审图(一)、家装水路施工图:1、将平面图和系统图对照着看,这样才能看出来管道是在哪转弯,在哪变径,在哪分配水点,配水点标高是多少。
2、是否有相应的排水措施和用水设施。
3、给水点和排水措施、用水设施室的搭配是否合适、合理、是否符合规范,设计有没有洗衣机给水点,和排水地漏,地漏是否专用。
(二)、家装电路施工图:1、记录插座安装高度,高度要求是否安全。
2、配电箱安装位置,负荷大小,配置是否合理。
3、空开大小是否合适,出线的保护管管径,电线的搭配合理否,电线与用电设备的搭配是否合适安全。
1.绘制照明开关路线图形由于灯具的数量比较多,直接在当前图形上绘制比较费时,考虑到在“顶棚施工图中”已经把灯具图形布置完成了,因此在电气施工图中可以把原先绘制的灯具布置图复制过来,这样就避免了重复工作,而且灯具的具体位置也能与顶棚施工图中一致,如图1-1所示。
图1-1顶棚施工图由于灯具与装潢的造型靠得很近,用常用的选择对象方法不容易选择灯具图形,但是在绘制图形时,所有的灯具均是图块,根据这个特点,可以用“快速选择”的方法来选择灯具图形。
首先把复制的“顶棚施工图中”全选,选择“工具”→“快速选择”命令,再输入该命令后,系统打开“快速选择”对话框。
在该对话框可以选择不同的方式来选择有关的图像,这里我们在“对象类型”里选择”块参照“,然后单击Enter键。
为了这些灯具在墙体平面图中的定位,我们还选择了某条直线,选择出来的图形,如图1-2所示。
图1-2选出的灯具图形将提取的墙体平面图打开,把选择出来的灯具图形移到墙体图形中,在移动的时候用我们选择的直线的端点,对应他在墙体中相应的端点,这样就能很好的对齐了灯具布置图就完成了,移动完成后的图形,如图1-3所示。
图1-3灯具图形移动就位后的图形当灯具图形就位后,就可以绘制开关图形了,开关的布置主要是考虑方便实际使用,一般对于各个区域主要照明灯具要单独的控制,如房的吸顶灯对于辅助照明用的筒灯,就可以用一个开关来控制一个区域的所有筒灯。
对于开关的位置的布置有的布置在进门房的门边,有的布置在房间床头柜的上方。
有的使用双控开关‘如主卧和次卧等房间的主灯等,除了在进门能控制,在床头也能控制.根据开关的数量,可以将多个单控开关设置在一个开关面板上,组成双联开关或者双联开关。
开关的绘制方法是逐个区域进行的,另外绘图时要把灯具图形与开关图形连接起来,这样就不会遗漏灯具开关。
这里以餐厅为例讲解一下开关布置整个餐厅区域可以分为三个部分,即餐厅.西厨房.中厨房、阳台,其中餐厅一个吊灯和八个筒灯,西厨房一个吊灯和六个筒灯、中厨房两个吸顶灯、阳台一个节能顶灯。

1. 绘制照明开关路线图形
由于灯具的数量比较多,直接在当前图形上绘制比较费时,考虑到在“顶棚施工图中”已经把灯具图形布置完成了,因此在电气施工图中可以把原先绘制的灯具布置图复制过来,这样就避免了重复工作,而且灯具的具体位置也能与顶棚施工图中一致,如图1-1所示。

由于灯具与装潢的造型靠得很近,用常用的选择对象方法不容易选择灯具图形,但是在绘制图形时,所有的灯具均是图块,根据这个特点,可以用“快速选择”的方法来选择灯具图形。
首先把复制的“顶棚施工图中”全选,选择“工具” “快速选择”命令再输入该命令后,系统打开“快速选择”对话框。
在该对话框可以选择不同的方式来选择有关的图像,这里我们在“对象类型”里选择”块参照“,然后单击Enter键。
为了这些灯具在墙体平面图中的定位,我们还选择了某条直线,选择出来的图形,
如图1-2所示。

将提取的墙体平面图打开,把选择出来的灯具图形移到墙体图形中, 时候用我们选择的直线的端点,对应他在墙体中相应的端点,这样就能很好的对 齐了灯具布置图就完成了,移动完成后的图形,如图

当灯具图形就位后,就可以绘制开关图形了,开关的布置主要是考虑方便实际使用,一般对于各个区域主要照明灯具要单独的控制,如房的吸顶灯对于辅助照明用的筒灯,就可以用一个开关来控制一个区域的所有筒灯。
对于开关的位置的布置有的布置在进门房的门边,有的布置在房间床头柜的上方。
有的使用双控开关
'如主卧和次卧等房间的主灯等,除了在进门能控制,在床头也能控制•根据开关的数量,可以将多个单控开关设置在一个开关面板上,组成双联开关或者双联开关。
开关的绘制方法是逐个区域进行的,另外绘图时要把灯具图形与开关图形连接起来,这样就不会遗漏灯具开关。
这里以餐厅为例讲解一下开关布置
整个餐厅区域可以分为三个部分,即餐厅•西厨房.中厨房、阳台,其中餐厅一个吊灯和八个筒灯,西厨房一个吊灯和六个筒灯、中厨房两个吸顶灯、阳台一个节能顶灯。
餐厅门口布置一个暗藏双联开关分别控制一个吊灯和八个筒灯。

根据以上的分析可以方便的绘制出餐厅部分的开关布置图形, 同样使用圆弧 链接灯具和开关。
开关布置后就可以把灯具与开关用圆弧连接起来,

线之前,我们应该设置一个线路开关图层,在图纸上建立“线路”图层,并将此图 层的默认线宽设置为0.3毫米,如图1-4所示。
选择“墙面与门窗”图层中的全部 对象,也就是墙体线,将线宽设置为“默认”。

接下来用同样的方法来布置其他房间的开关盒连接线路,这些房间的灯具
比较少,开关布局比较简单,注意有些在同一位置的单联开关可以合并成双联开关或者三联开关,最后完成的图形如图1-6所示

2. 绘制插座布置图
插座分为空调插座和其他普通插座,空调一般采用插座面板上只有一个三角插孔,大负荷的专用插座,而其他的普通插座则采用单向三联插座可以连接单个用电设备。
布置房间的插座图形,对于普通的设置情况,有些插座式平时常用到的,
如厨房各个用电设备(抽排油烟机、电磁炉、微波炉、电饭煲等)、电视、音箱
设备、电脑等。
有些插座是备用的,如台灯、充电器等。
首先布置各个区域的必要插座,然后布置备用插座。
普通插座一般离地面高度为30厘米,但是厨房和卫生间插座要高一些,基本与开关平齐。
以为卫生间比较潮湿,所以我们在布置卫生间插座的时候应该布置防水插座。
抽排油烟机插座的高度要达到180厘米,
布置插座时需要根据平面布置图的电器的位置布置插座,避免插座的位置
与家具设施冲突。
布置插座的原则是插座靠近用电设备,完成效果如图1-6所示

3. 绘制弱电系统图
弱电系统终端系统比较少,可以分为三个子系统,即电话系统,有线电视系 统和网络系统。
布置情况如下:
电话系统:客厅一个插座;有线电视系统:客厅、主卧、次卧各一个插座; 网络系统:主卧、客厅、电脑房各一个插座,其位置一般在电话插座旁边。
根据以上情况可以很方便的复制各个图块到相应位置, 分别将各个弱电插座 就位,注意要避开电气系统图的开关和插座的图形, 有些位置可以离开墙体一段 距离,对于弱电插座的布置,我们一般参照“内平面布置图”中的家具的布置,它 们一般放置在电话电视等的旁边,完成后的图形如图
