我所上的班级不是自己所上的班级。
经课前初步了解,该班学生学习程度参差不齐,两极分化较严重,一部分学生已经开始厌倦学习英语。
我根据不同层次的学生设计不同的问题,以激励学生的学习积极性。
四、教学重点和难点:1、情态动词can的用法。
(1)不随人称和数的变化而变化;(2)其后接动词原形;(3)一般疑问句把情态动词can提到句首;(4)否定句直接在情态动词can后加not. 2、want to do sth and want sth 的用法。

(一)本节课在本单元的地位和作用:本单元主要是学习情态动词can 的肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句,肯定与否定回答,以及特殊疑问。

Teaching Steps:1.Begin by showing some pictures of people and animals showing their abilities.Askstudents to say something about each picture. Talk more about the pictures.2.Introduce vocabulary words and explain clearly. You may act out every word or usegestures for comprehension.Examples: Can – is used to show what a person or an animal is able to do such as: Mothercan cook Chinese food. Father can play the guitar well.Can’t - is the short form of cannot. It refers to the things a person or animal cannot do such as: A small boy can’t paint a house. Yes, She can. / No, she can’t.4.what引导的特殊疑问句构成:What + can+主语+动词原形+其他?—What can I / we /you /she / he / they do?—You/I/We/She/He/They can swim.㈡表示请求或允许,多用在口语中,意为“可以;能”等。
用于疑问句中用来提出要求,用于否定句表示不允许。
例如:Can I go with you?You can’t play basketball.☆Can you...?“请你……好吗?”表示说话人的请求;Can you help me?☆Can I...?“我可以……吗?”用来征求对方是否允许自己做某事。
如在句末加上please一词就显得更有礼貌了。
