复方麝香草酚撒粉制备工艺流程。

1. 称量原料。 麝香草酚。

氧化锌。

滑石粉。

2. 研细粉碎。

将麝香草酚、氧化锌、滑石粉分别研细至规定细度。

3. 混合均匀。

将研细的原料按规定比例混合均匀。

4. 调浆。

加入适量的水或溶剂，搅拌均匀，制成糊状。

5. 干燥。

将糊状物摊晾在干燥盘中，在一定温度和湿度条件下干燥至粉状。

6. 粉碎过筛。

将干燥后的粉状物粉碎过筛，除去结块和杂质。

7. 包装。

将合格的撒粉装入符合要求的容器中。
