吴进军(湖北江汉油田总医院检验科湖北潜江 432400)【摘要】对测定血肌酐的两种常用方法:苦味酸法和酶法的性能进行分析评估。
方法从准确度、精密度、灵敏度、线性范围及两种试剂测定临床样本的相关性这五个方面进行分析。
结果准确度方面酶法优于苦味酸法。
精密度两种方法学差别不大。
灵敏度和线性范围酶法优于苦味酸法,两种方法临床相关性较好,但酶法测定值要低于苦味酸法。
结论酶法的试剂性能优于苦味酸法,但价钱酶法较高,建议各临床实验室在根据实验室的具体情况选择一个较合适的方法学。

Methods Performance is analyzed from the following five aspects :accuracy, precision, sensitivity, linearity range and the clinical relevance of the two methods. Results The accuracy of Enzymatic is superior to Jaff’s methods. Precision of the two methods to learn little difference. The sensitivity and linear range of the Enzymatic method is better than Jaff’s method, the clinical relevance of the two methods is good, but the measured value of the Enzymatic method is lower than the Jaff’s method. Conclusion The reagent performance of enzymatic method is better than Jaff’s method, but the enzymatic ‘s prices is higher than Jaff’s method.
