书面通知即以书面的形式表达通知的内容，其特 点是：措辞较严谨，句子结构相对复杂，尤其会 使用一些非谓语动词短语和从句。
二、熟记书面通知格式：
与口头通知不同，书面通知有自己比较固定的格 式：如通知开头要有标题（通常为Notice ），标 题下面是正文，正文通常还有发通知的单位（通 常写在右下角）和写发通知的日期（通常写在左 下角）

请以宿舍管理委员会（the Dormitory Committee） 的名义写一份书面通知，2012年10月2日发出。 内容如下：
① 时间：10月5日晚上7点。 ②地点：3号楼 103 房间。
③ 内容：学生宿舍安全问题：安全用电、火灾应 变、防止失窃等。

四、熟记书面通知套语 书面通知与口头通知有很多表达套语不一样， 但有一些表达式可以通用的，不过在措辞方面会 略正式一些。 口头通知：Please be present on time.
Be sure not to be late. 书面通知： Everyone is required to be
present on time.
五、牢记书面通知时态 与口头通知一样，书面通知也以一般将来时为主。
