读情况 , 发现问题及时纠正 . 课后发现学生作业有问题及时讲解 , 让
学生及时消化 , 另外 , 对部分不自觉的同学还采取”一对一”的监督
方式 , 以确保他们不落后,提高他们的朗读能力。
五、“偏爱”后进生,做好“培优补差”工作。
我在教学中很注重后进生的转化工作,采用了“一帮一”的
方法,同时,在课堂上,多提问成绩差的学生,让他们感觉到不
