Unit8 Have you read Treasure Island yet?是学生们学习的第八个单元，是学生们初步开始学习现在完成时态的一个单元，本单元通过文学与音乐这两个话题来谈论自己近期的经历与变化，引导学生从书籍和音乐中学习，并从既往经历中总结反思，提升自我。

2. 学情分析八年级的学生乐观向上，乐于助人，但是他们又缺少必要的反思与提升能力，所以要引导学生从自己经历的事情中收获对自己有益的事情。

学生们在八单元前三个课时的学习中已经学习了不同的书籍及其内容，具有了从书本内容中学习新的知识与精神的能力，本课时通过学习关于乡村音乐对于一个女孩的影响来体会人在各种经历中的变化，更能促使孩子们感受自己的经历并从中收获改变。

二学情分析
该部分的教学重点是通过听说能让学生感同身受并用所学知识来谈论音乐，以及对音乐的理解。

在该部分的教学过程中，一方面学生可能需要老师更多地引导他们在听力过程中如何借助关键词。

另一方面，老师需要介绍音乐及复习形容词，在教学过程中渗透文化教学，尽可能增加学生的文化积累，开阔视野，从而充分地让学生体会音乐的魅力并有效地调动学生学习英语的兴趣。
