三校生高考英语翻译题常见错误分析及教学对策大众工业学校外语组王岚【摘要】2006年开始,三校生高考英语试卷增加了翻译题的比重,这对英语基础相对薄弱、词汇量较少的三校生带来了一定难度,以致不少学生在此失分较多。
针对这一情况,本文从学生翻译练习时普遍存在的问题入手,对学生在翻译过程中出现的错误进行了分析和总结,并根据笔者平时的教学经验,提出了一些行之有效的对策。
【关键词】三校生英语翻译问题对策翻译是使用不同语言的人们互相沟通的纽带和桥梁,是把一种语言所表达的信息用另一种语言重新表达出来的活动。
正是有了翻译这门工具,不同语言的人们才能相互交往、理解,在当今的信息社会里,翻译起着重要作用。
2003年三校生高考英语中,首次出现中译英的题型,2006年又增加了英译中,这一题型的增加不仅提高了翻译题的在考试中的分值比率,同时也对学生的翻译能力提出了更高的要求。
由于三校生在以往的学习中注重专业课程的学习和技能的培养,基础文化课相对薄弱,尤其是英语,有些学生因为缺乏词汇量的积累而对翻译这类题型无从下手,也有些学生虽然掌握了词汇却因为对英语这种语言的习惯和文化背景不够了解而造成“硬译”、“死译”。
同时,在以往的英语教学过程中,部分教师往往注重对学生听、说、读、写能力的培养,而忽略了对学生翻译能力的培养。
为此,有必要就三校生高考英语翻译题出现的问题认真加以总结和归纳,并提出相应的教学对策。
