2007年全国中学生英语能力竞赛（NEPCS）高二年级组样题【编者按】由国际英语外语教师协会中国分会和国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心联合主办、英语辅导报社和考试与评价杂志社承办的2007年全国中学生英语能力竞赛（NEPCS）将于2007年11月18日（初赛）和12月16日（决赛）举行。

2007年全国中学生英语能力竞赛是一个全国性的以学习成绩测试为主的统一考试，分年级命题。

高二年级组初赛试题命题范围是以2007年11月18日之前所学的内容为主，约占60%；本学期之前学过的内容占40%。

试题命制所遵循的原则是“依纲（标）靠本”，即依据现行的“中学英语教学大纲”和正在试用的“中学英语课程标准”，同时兼顾正在使用的几种主要英语教材，重点是课本内容，注重英语基础知识和基本技能的考查，不出偏题和怪题。

在考试方法上以非选择题为主，约占70%，注重考查学生主动运用英语的能力；选择题约占30%。

全国中学生英语能力竞赛除了初、决赛的听力和笔试之外，决赛还将进行口试。

“说”是英语学习的一个重要技能。

英语的“听、说、读、写、译”各项技能是相辅相成的，加强“说”的能力的培养有助于其他技能的发展，有助于英语综合运用能力的提高。

全国中学生英语能力竞赛进行口试，意义重大，对于中学英语教学具有积极的导向作用。

全国中学生英语能力竞赛试题的命制体现“稳定中求发展”的特点，与往年试题具有承接性和延续性。

2007年全国中学生英语能力竞赛试题的主要变化是：听力部分去掉句子理解，增加对话理解；完形填空部分增加考查构词法的题目等。

为使广大高二参赛考生及时了解2007年高二竞赛试卷的特点和变化，竞赛组委会特在此公布2007年全国中学生英语能力竞赛（NEPCS）高二年级组样题。
