0 DANGERIt indicates that incorrect use of this unit can result in a high possibility of severe injury(*1) or death.

0 CAUTIONIt indicates that incorrect use of this unit may cause personal injury(*2), or property damage(*3).

*1: A severe injury refers to blindness, injury, burns (hot or cold), electrical shock, bone fracture, or poisoning that leaves aftereffects and requires hospitalization or

extended out-patient treatment.

*2: Personal injury means a slight accident, burn, or electrical shock which does not require admission or repeated hospital treatment.

*3: Property damage means greater damage which affects assets or resources.

Do not install, repair, open or remove the cover. It may expose you to dangerous voltages. Ask the dealership or the specialist to do this.

1Do not use any refrigerant different from the one specifi ed for complement or replacement. Otherwise, abnormally high pressure may be generated in

the refrigeration cycle, which may result in a failure or explosion of the product or an injury to your body.

本系统用于中央空调末端风机盘管的自动控制和远程控制，可对风机盘管的运行状态和房间内环境参数进行远程监控，通过降低中央空调末端负荷，达到空调系统的节能目的。采用本系统实现中央空调系统末端的自动控制，不会影响原有中央空调系统（机组）的正常运行，可作为其有效补充。

本系统的通信采用了短距离无线通信技术——ZigBee，系统中各设备间通过无线方式进行通信，设备可自主组网，安装、维护方便，可节省大量布线和维护成本。本系统结构如下图1所示。

本系统中的设备主要包括：控制中心（运行监控管理软件的PC机）、网络控制器、路由器、空调墙控器和双鉴探测器。其中，控制中心可通过以太网或RS232接口与网络控制器相连，其他设备间均为无线连接。

本系统的主要功能包括：

 室内温度自动调节

 风机盘管自动控制

 风机盘管远程和本地控制

 控制参数的远程和本地设定

 室内温度显示

 风机盘管运行状态监控

系统的安装顺序如下：

1、规划网络，计算整个系统所需要的网络控制器、路由器、空调墙控器以及双鉴探测器的数量，计算方法请参照各个设备的使用说明，对于信号遮挡严重的建筑结构，要缩短路由器和空调墙控器之间的距离。

2、安装设备，按照规划好的网络安装好设备，但不要给电。

3、调试主干网络，首先打开网络控制器的电源，建立它与上位机管理软件之间的通信，之后再打开路由器电源，查看是否每个路由器都通信正常，如果通信不正常，请适当调整路由器天线的位置和方向，直到每个路由器都通信流畅。

1、简介。

中央空调格力送风机组自动控

制使用说明书

为保证空调机组高效，节能，安全的运行。请必须按照产品使用说明书运行。

1. 启动风机前

a. 请将系统各电源，主控制断路器保持通路状态（此时主控制柜电源指示灯亮起，控制触摸屏电源灯亮起，触摸屏亮起）

b. 应检查各个送风机组手动新风阀，送风防火阀是否处于开启状态，如未开启，请手动将阀门打开。

c. 送风机系统有电加热辅助加热系统，冬季运行时应保持电加热器常开状态（注，电加热器内有温控开关，当温度达到指定热量时，加热器会自动关闭加热系统，当温度低于设定温度时，加热器会自动开启）

2. 手动启动

a. 在控制屏上点击要启动的机组编号，如要启动1#机组，就触摸1#机组按钮，同理2#和3#。此时控制屏上显示1#机组控制画面

b. 在控制屏上点击手动启动/自动启动按钮，将显示状态改成手动启动状态。此时空调系统进入手动启动模式。

c. 在控制屏上点击新风阀开启按钮，将新风阀打开，此时控制屏上显示新风阀打开。

d. 在控制屏上点击预热阀按钮，将预热阀状态改为开启状态，预热阀开启需要几秒中的时间间隔，（注机组开启时，预热阀必须是开启的，否者可能会严重损坏机组）

e. 在控制屏上点击加热阀按钮，将加热阀状态改为开启状态，加热阀开启需要几秒中的时间间隔，（注机组开启时，加热阀必须是开启的，否者可能会严重损坏机组）

f. 启动风机，点击风机启动按钮，将启动状态栏状态改为启动状态，此时风机启动。

3. 自动启动

a. 在控制屏上点击对应要启动风机编号，此时屏幕上显示要启动风机控制版面。

b. 在控制屏上点击手动控制/自动控制一栏，点击自动控制按钮。此时机组进入自动控制状态。

c. 在控制屏上点击自动启动按钮，此时机组自动启动（注，自动启动顺序，新风阀开启—预热阀开启—加热阀开启—风机启动）

4. 注意事项

a. 此空调设备具有恒温功能，当机组温度达到要求时，机组会相应动作，关闭机组预热阀，减少机组供热量。

2 功能

Tr = 回风温度

2.1 上电设置

首次上电后，系统初始设置如下：

室温（Tr） 模式 设定温度 室内风扇

≥25℃ 制冷 25 ℃ 运行

≤20℃ 制热 20 ℃ 运行

20℃

这些设置仅仅适用于机组首次上电启动。这是系统首次上电的缺省设置。

2.2 系统拨码设置

内机拨码： SWA1 (模式选择） ON，为单冷； 反之，为热泵

SWA2 （压缩机选择） ON，为单压缩机；反之，为双压缩机

SWA3 （电加热选择） ON，为带电加热；反之，为无电加热 SWA4 （来电自启动选择）ON，为来电自启动；反之，无来电自启动
