A 组患者的辐射剂量(DLP )低于B 组患者(P <0.05)。
主观评价结果两组患者无显著差异(P >0.05),表明ODM 技术对在有针对性降低辐射敏感器官照射的同时,能够保证图像质量,满足临床诊断的需要。
4结论ODM 技术在头颈CTA 检查中,通过降低患者前方管电流,降低了对眼晶体、甲状腺等位于患者身体前方的辐射敏感器官的照射强度,同时图像质量保持在可接受的水平,能够满足临床诊断的需要。
因而ODM 技术在降低头颈CTA 中晶状体和甲状腺的辐射剂量的应用是可行的,该技术体现了了放射防护三原则中的放射防护的最优化,即任何必要的照射必须保持在合理达到的尽可能低的水平。
随着头颈CTA 检查需求的日益增加,我们建议在临床推广应用该技术,以更好地服务于患者。
本研究的局限性在于:①单中心研究,所纳入病例均为我院就诊收治的患者,有一定局限性,可能无法广泛代表各地各院的患者人群;②由于缺乏专门的体表辐射剂量测量设备,ODM 技术对辐射敏感器官的保护程度仅通过管电流强度和整体辐射剂量(DLP )作间接分析,未能够直接分析测量患者具体体表辐射剂量的变化,有待今后进一步细化深入研究。

方法回顾性选取2016年4月至2017年6月西安市北方医院收治的78例疑似或确诊冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为A 组39例和B 组39例;A 组采用320mgI /ml 碘克沙醇对比剂及管电压100kV ,B 组采用270mgI /ml 碘克沙醇对比剂及管电压80kV 。
两组均行新双源CT 冠状动脉扫描,并对两组图像质量进行主观评分和客观评价。
结果两组患者性别构成比、年龄、BMI 、心率、图像质量评分及各血管段总评分比较,无显著差异(P >0.05)。
B 组患者图像CT 值明显高于A 组(P <0.05)。
B 组图像噪声明显多于A 组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);与A 组比较,B 组冠状动脉与周围组织对比度较好。
结论采用新双源CT 冠状动脉双低扫描方式优于常规扫描,有利于确保图像质量,降低辐射量。

冠状动脉CT血管造影(coronary artery CT angi-ography,CCTA)检查,具有无创、简便等优势,应用逐渐广泛。
CCTA对支架形态、细节及内腔准确显示受到高浓度对比剂或金属支架的晕状伪影影响[4,5]。
既往研究表明,采用相对低密度等渗对比剂与高浓度低渗对比剂碘行CCTA扫描,结果显示碘克沙醇组图像质量相对较高[6]。
