We dealt a crippling blow to al-Qaeda and made Americamore secure. We stood by our friends and allies around the world through natural disasters and revolutions. And we began to see signs of economic recovery here at home， even as too many Americans are still struggling to get ahead.过去的一年我们国家遇到了很大的挑战也取得了很大的成就。

2014奥巴马新年贺词
奥巴马28日在西点军校演讲时宣称“美国必须领导世界，如果美国不行，别国也不行”，是对奥巴马执政以来外交疲软的辩解，奥巴马很希望在卸任前能在外交方面有所作为，但他的外交政策是建立在既要否定“布什主义”，保守又要保持影响力的基础上的，这基本是不可能的。

结果导致政策出现很多矛盾：从关键地点伊拉克撤军却又增兵次要点阿富汗、干涉叙利亚怂恿反抗却又不积极支持反对派等等。

奥巴马的理论是建立在美国具有强势领导，盟国甘当马前卒的基础上的，寄望于毫无代价的获取利益，这个想法太幼稚了，欧洲国家已经习惯了旧的政治经济换军事的平衡度量，对于过于冒险的投入谁也不会出头的，这在叙利亚问题上可以看出，同时奥巴马也缺乏军事勇气，很难在任期内形成所谓的“奥巴马主义”。

从奥巴马的演讲上可以看出，美国未来将有可能采取一些军事行动来支撑外交，而以奥巴马的性格看，更会以挑起冲突来制衡有取代美国领导地位可能的国家，在对俄、对华政策上都可以看到这一点。

目前看来，后者还是有一定效果的。

从这篇演讲中，我们可以看出美国对于“第一”的看重，即使是奥巴马这样的现实主义者，而他也同时给下一任美国总统留下了课题。

美国不允许其他国家挑战其领导地位的话，以前很少能如此听到，是虚张声势还是欲有所为？这对各国来说，都是处理与美关系的一个重要信号。

不回答这种社会主义偏激型问题。
