英语学习方法张琳—学英语像开卡丁车张琳简介第一位中国男子游泳世界冠军———张琳他曾就读于北京一零一中学。
1994年在北京市海淀业余体校训练,教练是李小娜。
1999年在北京市二队接受游泳训练,教练是王卓龙。
2000年9月进入北京队,教练是陈映红。
2002年选入国家队,教练还是陈映红。
在2003年第10届世界游泳锦标赛男子800米自由泳比赛中取得第八名。
2005年,张琳在中华人民共和国第十届全运会游泳比赛夺得三项冠军,包括男子200米自由泳、男子400米自由泳、男子1500米自由泳。
2007年末,去澳大利亚进行为期三个月的培训,师从澳洲名将哈克特的教练丹尼斯,因训练效果明显,2008年5月再次赴澳,7月中归来。
在2009年的罗马世界游泳锦标赛中,张琳以7分32秒12的成绩获得了冠军,并将世界纪录提高了6秒多。
最好成绩:2008年第29届北京奥运会男子400米自由泳亚军,成绩3分42秒44(实现了中国男子运动员在奥运会游泳项目上奖牌零的突破,也是中国奥运军团在本届奥运会上夺得的第一块银牌)。
2009年世界游泳锦标赛男子800米自由泳冠军,并以7分32秒12的成绩打破了由澳大利亚著名选手格兰特•哈克特保持的7分38秒65的原世界记录(将世界记录提高了6秒53)。
忙里偷闲学英语自取英文名与对手练嘴从2009年9月起,张琳就已悄悄开始在新东方学习英语课程,还成了该校的“荣誉学员”。
新东方专门给他安排了一名老师进行一对一辅导,所有课程要在三年内学完。
在泳池里,张琳是世界级选手,学起英语来,也同样出色。
他的英语老师夸他“很聪明,很有悟性,属于那种每个老师都想教的学生”。
尽管训练紧张,但张琳每周都会学习英语两到三次,每次两小时左右。

在英语教学中,绝大多数教师能意识到课内阅读的重要性,经常会花大量时间处理教材中的阅读文本。
然而,对学生课外阅读的指导、监督与评价却往往流于形式,学生课外到底读了什么,有什么收获,遇到了哪些困难,初中毕业时课外阅读量是否达到了《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》规定的“累计15万词以上”的要求,教师无从知晓,也无法评价。
下面,以译林牛津版初中《英语》八年级(上)Unit5Reading Giant pandas为例,围绕主题语境整合课内、课外阅读资源,开展初中英语主题阅读教学的实践探索,试图真正意义上实现课外阅读课内教的目标。
一、主题阅读的内涵主题阅读是指以遵循教材现有编排体例为前提,以主题为中心,以学生的认知能力为“半径”,以文本特质为基础,通过引领学生进行课堂精/泛读、课下独立自读等多元、丰富的阅读实践,整体阅读多篇同题异构的阅读材料的阅读方式(李霞2014)。
具体来说,就是以课本主题为切入点,将书本内容与可链接的、同一主题的、丰富的课外课程资源整合,让学生在多文本研读和碰撞交融中建构文本主题意义的阅读教学模式。
学生在接触真实、多元的文本中,通过对主题语境的理解和对主题意义的探究,把语篇中呈现的语言知识和文化知识整合起来进行学习,通过语言技能和学习策略运用等活动的开展,在分析问题和解决问题的过程中发展语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力(梅德明、王蔷2018)。
主题阅读能有效地把课内外阅读、精/泛读结合在一起,同时兼顾英语教学的工具性与人文性,解决阅读课堂教学的广度、速度和深度等问题。
二、基于主题阅读的初中英语阅读教学实践(一)教学内容分析本课教学内容为译林牛津版初中《英语》八年级(上)Unit5Wild animals Reading Giant Pandas,文章主要描述了大熊猫“希望”的成长过程、遇到的问题及解决方法。
本堂课是Reading第二课时,不仅要在复习的基础上深度解读课内文本,讲解语言知识点,还要围绕主题拓宽课内阅读,设计探究主题意义的活动,深化文本、活化知识。
课时教学设计首页课题U2 Reading Plus 课型新授课(阅读)课时 6主备人审核人语篇研读【What】在本课语篇中,作者以Family Ties in Names为题,介绍了英国名字的组成形式以及名字所体现的家庭纽带。
【Why】通过介绍英国名字相关知识,丰富了本单元的主题内容,助力了单元主题意义探究,帮助学生积累有关英语国家的文化背景知识,尝试进行跨文化对比,从而培养其跨文化交际意识。
【How】本课语篇属于说明文,通过由分到总的文本结构,分别介绍了作者Alan和他的祖父、爸爸、妈妈的名字组成及原因,遵循了逻辑性原则,运用了My full name is..., ... is my middle/last name等基本句式,同时呈现the same as, show great respect to, change... to..., allow... to do, live on等表达方式供学生学习积累,拓展词汇量。
学情分析K (Know) —已知W (Wonder) —想知L (Learned) —已学学生对自己的中文姓名比较熟悉,了解姓名通常包含姓和名两部分,部分学生可能知道一些关于家族姓氏传承的知识;学生已经学习了一些简单的英语词汇和表达,如家庭成员的称呼、常见英文姓名等,具备一定的英语基础。
学生想了解不同国家的姓名特点和文化内涵,尤其是英语国家的姓名与家庭纽带之间的关系;对于如何用英语表达自己和家人的姓名,以及介绍姓名背后的故事充满好奇;希望掌握更多的英语词汇和句型,提高英语阅读能力。
了解了英语国家姓名的构成和文化意义;学会用英语介绍自己和家人的姓名,以及分享姓名背后的故事,提高了英语口语表达能力;掌握了一些新的英语词汇和句型,丰富了英语语言知识;在阅读过程中,学会了运用阅读技巧,如扫读、略读、精读等,提高了英语阅读能力和理解能力。

同时本模块是为第七模块的继续学习打下基础。
·学情分析:从性格特点来说一年级的孩子活泼可爱,敢想、敢说,求新求异的愿望非常强烈。
所以我在课堂教学中分层次的设计了许多丰富多彩的课堂教学活动,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,让学生在获得学习知识的同时获得快乐。
学生在生活中表达离自己远近的物品较为常见的,所以本模块的内容非常切合学生的实际生活。
·教学目标根据本册教材的特点,《英语新课程标准》的要求以及一年级学生的情况我为本课制定了以下的教学目标:1.知识目标:(1).能够听懂并理解that这个语境词,能够听懂、会读cap,hat这两个单词,会说并熟练掌握that, dog, cat, teacher 这四个单词。
(2). 能听懂、会读、会说,并熟练运用:That is a …根据实际情况运用所学句型表达离我们远的物体。
2.能力目标:能够运用所学知识,在生活中用英语表达离我们较近或较远的物体。
3.德育目标:通过学习本课让学生在做一个热爱生活的好孩子。
·教学重难点:通过以上的教学目标分析我认为学生能够掌握重点词汇cat, dog,teacher,关键句型That is a …以及运用所学知识表达离我们远的物体,是本课的教学重点也是本课的难点。
解决这一教学难点的关键在于通过让学生带着问题听课文的方式达到理解课文的目的,进而学会课文中的重点单词和主题句,并通过创设情景的方式让学生练习使用主题句,最终突破这一难点。
·教法分析:为了顺利完成教学目标,按照学生的认识规律,我采用情景假设法、直观演示法、游戏法相结合的方法。
