24Crazy English Teachers疯狂英语·教学版 2016年(9月号)笔者认为在“新课标”理念的指导下,一节高效的英语语法课,首先应该有一条明确的主线。
通过主线将零散的各部分巧妙又自然地联系起来,并借助一系列的游戏、练习营造积极的课堂气氛。
课堂上练习的设计要从学生出发,做到以学生为主体,激发学生自主学习的积极性。
笔者试以译林版牛津《英语》5A Unit 3 Asking the way 第二课时为例,探讨如何构建高效的语法课堂。
该单元Story time 的内容是围绕“问路与指路”展开的对话,虽然是第三个单元,但是问路与指路的形式学生第一次接触,相对于其他单元难度稍高。
文章通过Yang Ling 与Su Hai 的对话引出问路与指路的句型,其中如何上下地铁、如何在某处转弯等表述难度较大。
在上第一课时,学生稍感吃力,鉴于此,笔者认为本节课的重点任务就是通过练习与游戏帮助并指导学生掌握如何在具体的情境中问路与指路。
笔者将这部分重点内容设定为该单元的第二课时。
在这个课时中,融合了Grammar time 、Fun time 与Culture time 三个部分。
为了将零散的三个部分自然地串联起来,笔者设计了一条主线:通过家里的宠物狗Hengheng 的一系列提问与活动自然地过渡到其他各个部分;在课堂知识的教授中也以Hengheng 为第一视角,激发学生课堂学习的兴趣与主动性。
1.基于对教材的分析,笔者对课文进行如下目标定位(1)知识目标:① 掌握Grammar time 部分的重点句型,并且可以运用到具体情境中为他人指路。
② 可以熟练根据Fun time 部分的地图进行问路与指路的对话问答。
③ 通过Culture time 部分的学习掌握英国与美国对于“厕所”一词的不同表达法。
(2)技能目标:让学生可以在具体的情境中运用简单的句型为他人指路。
(3)情感目标:让学生知道帮助他人是一种美德,并且愿意主动帮助他人。
