中国篮球协会成立于1956年6月，简称“中国篮协”；英文名称为“CHINESEBASKETBALLASSOCIATION”，缩写为“CBA”。

中国篮球协会是具有独立法人资格的全国性群众体育组织，是由各省、自治区、直辖市篮球协会、各行业篮球协会及解放军相应的运动组织为团体会员组成的、全国性、非营利性的联合组织，是中华全国体育总会的团体会员，是中国奥林匹克委员会承认的奥运项目组织，是代表中国参加国际篮球联合会和亚洲篮球联合会的唯一合法组织。

1997年11月24日，国家体育总局实行体育管理体制改革和运行机制转变，成立了国家体育总局篮球运动管理中心：国家体育总局篮球运动管理中心是具有篮球项目行政管理职能的事业单位，又是中国篮球协会的办事机构。

篮球运动管理中心下设综合部、竞赛部、国家队管理部、训练科研部、开发部、社会发展部，对全国篮球的协会建设、外事、财务、各级竞赛、各俱乐部、运动员、教练员、裁判员注册、培训、产业开发、青少年后备人才培养和群众性篮球运动的开展实行全面的管理。

中国健美协会目前下设运动营养和康复委员会、竞赛委员会、学术委员会、培训委员会、产业开发委员会、健身俱乐部委员会、宣传推广委员会等7个专项委员会。

中国健美协会每年主要赛事：除每年举办一届全国健美健身锦标赛外，不断更新办赛理念，改革办赛模式，在1996年举办了首届中国健身小姐大赛，于2001年在亚洲率先举办了健身先生大赛。

2007年举办了首届女子形体健身比赛并纳入了第四届全国体育大会正式比赛项目。

为规范我国健身健美培训市场的管理，中国健美协会于2005年在《健身指导员技术等级制度》（草案）、《全国等级健身指导员委托培训管理办法》(草案)的基础上，修改完善并正式颁发了该制度。

为规范化、制度化培训工作奠定基础。

中国健美协会还组建了健身指导员考级教材、中国健身私人教练教材编审委员会，编写各专项教材。

篮球协会章程· 1第一章总则第一条：本会定名为中国篮球协会，简称中国篮协(英文译名：CHINESE BASKETBALL.ASSOCIATION)。

本会会址设于北京。

第二条：中国篮协是具有法人资格的全国性群众体育社会团体，是中华全国体育总会的团体味员，是代表中国参预国际篮球联合会相应的国际篮球运动的惟一合法组织。

第三条：中国篮协的宗旨是团结全国篮球工、运动员和主动份子，努力发展我国的篮球运动，推动篮球的普及和技术水平的提高，攀登世界高峰，促进精神文明建设，增进与各国篮球协会和运动员的友情，加强与国际篮联和亚篮联的联系与合作。

第二章任务第四条：中国篮协的任务是依据国家的体育方针、政策和有关法规，统一组织、协调全国篮球运动的开展，推动群众普及活动和运水平的提动高，促进亚洲和世界篮球运动的进步。

第五条：本协会的职责：宣扬与普及篮球运动，组织泛博群众的青少年主动参预篮球运动，以增添体质和提高运动技术水平。

根据国家体育行政机关和国际组织有关规定，协助举办国际性竞赛，向有关部门提出国际活动及有关事项的建议。

协助组织全国性的各类各级篮球竞赛和训练工作。

拟定本项目运动竞赛制度、竞赛规则和竞赛纪律，报请体育行政主管部门批施准后行。

协助组织培训教练员、裁判员，提出对等级运动员、教练员、裁判员以及运动员制度资格的审查和处理意见。

依据国家体委和全国体总、国家奥委会委托拔和推荐国家队教练员、运动员、协助组织国家队集训和参预国际篮球竞赛。

负责教练员出国任教的选拔和运动员个人到境外训练竞赛的归口管理工作。

协助组织篮球运动的科学讨论工作。

第三章会员本会吸收各省、自治区、直辖市和中国人民解放军、各产业、系统的篮球协会或者其它所认可的篮球运动组织为团体味员。

会员的权利：对本会工作提出批评和建议;优先参预本会组织的各项活动;有选举权和被选举权。

会员的义务：遵守本会章程、报告本会决议;主动参预本会各项工作、推动群众性篮球运动的发展;在各级体委领导下，努力完本钱会安排的任务。

中国篮球协会章程中国篮球协会(英文全称：Chinese Basketball Association，缩写CBA)，中国篮球协会是全国性群众体育组织，中华全国体育总会的下属会员，主管篮球运动，成立于1956年6月。

1997年11月24日国家体育总局篮球管理中心成立(与中国篮协一个机构两块牌子)，隶属于国家体育总局，该组织主办多个联赛，例如男子和女子篮球联赛，以及大学生篮球联赛等等。

中国篮球协会章程第一章总则第一条中国篮球协会简称为“中国篮协”(以下简称“本会”)，总部设在北京市。

英文名称为“CHINESE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION”，英文缩写为“CBA”。

第二条本会是由中华人民共和国各省级篮球协会及其他行业篮球协会(组织)自愿结成的全国性体育社团法人。

本会根据《社会团体登记管理条例》等有关规定在社团登记管理机关注册。

第三条本会系公益性社会团体，不以为自身获取经济利益为目的，本会的资产和经济收益只能用于为实现本会宗旨相关的活动。

第四条本会作为中华全国体育总会和中国奥林匹克委员会的会员，是代表中国加入国际篮球联合会(以下简称“国际篮联”)的唯一合法组织。

本会基于法律授权和行业主管部门委托，管理全国篮球事务，在行业主管部门和社团登记管理机关的指导和监督下，依法自主开展活动。

第五条本会会员及所属机构和工作人员，以及在本会和本会会员单位注册的俱乐部、运动队、运动员、教练员、裁判员和工作人员，必须遵守本章程及本会规定、准则和决定。

第二章宗旨和职责第六条本会宗旨遵守国家有关法律和体育政策，遵守国际篮联章程及相关规定，团结全国篮球工作者、教练员、运动员、裁判员、篮球爱好者以及关心、支持篮球项目的海内外社会各界人士，促进国际交流与合作，推动中国篮球运动的普及和提高，为中国篮球事业的发展积累必要的资产，维护会员合法权益，倡导公平竞赛，弘扬体育精神，提高篮球运动技术水平，促进篮球事业健康发展。

第七条本会职责(一)负责篮球项目的管理，研究和制定篮球发展目标、政策以及行业规范与规划;(二)主办全国性篮球赛事、与会员合作举办地区性(含跨地区)篮球赛事(国家体育总局另有规定的除外)，负责对参赛的俱乐部及运动队，运动员、教练员、裁判员和有关工作人员进行注册管理，制订竞赛计划、管理规定和其他赛事相关文件，并组织实施;与国际篮联以及各会员合作，监管各类国际、国内篮球赛事及职业联赛;(三)组建、管理、运营国家篮球队，代表国家参加各类国际比赛，开展国际间篮球运动交流和技术合作，解释和实施国际篮联的篮球竞赛及裁判规则;制定本会对外活动计划并组织实施;(四)拟定运动员、教练员、裁判员等有关等级标准和培训计划，做好篮球专业人员和青少年后备人才培养工作;(五)推动群众篮球活动，指导、规范、促进会员建设和开展工作;(六)拟定篮球场地器材行业标准，加强对本会主办赛事的知识产权的开发和保护工作;推动篮球产业发展;(七)促进篮球文化建设，做好新闻宣传、公益、慈善活动;(八)为会员提供服务，维护会员的合法权益，建立健全内部纠纷解决机制;(九)加强行业自律，针对有违国际篮联及本会的章程、规定，以及其他有损体育道德和体育精神的弄虚作假、贪腐、涉赌、涉毒、使用违禁药品等行为，依照相关法律和有关规定进行监管和处罚;(十)完成国家体育总局和或其职能部门、中华全国体育总会、中国奥林匹克委员会交办的其他工作。
