一．when 引导的时间状语从句的用法when 当…的时候1.when引导的时间状语从句可兼指时间点与时间段。

2.when引导时间状语从句时表示“当……的时候”，从句的谓语动词可以是延续性的也可以是非延续性的。

3.when引导时间状语从句时，若从句的主语与主句的主语相同, 且在从句谓语中含有be时,通常省略从句的主语和be。

引导的从句表示主从句的动作同时发生，或从句的动作在主句之前。

when引导的从句的谓语动词可以是延续性的动词，又可以是瞬时动词。

例如：When she came in，I stoppedeating。

她进来时，我停止吃饭。

（瞬时动词)When I lived in the countryside, I used to carry some water for him。

当我住在农村时，我常常为他担水。

（延续性的动词)We were about to leave when he came in.我们就要离开，就在那时他进来了。

二．时间介词(at，in ,on) 的用法与练习1。

at指时间表示：（1）时间的一点、时刻等.如：They came home at sunrise （at noon, at midnight, at ten o'clock，at daybreak，at dawn）。

（2)较短暂的一段时间。

可指某个节日或被认为是一年中标志大事的日子。

如：He went home at Christmas （at New Year，at the Spring Festival, at night）。

in指时间表示：（1）在某个较长的时间（如世纪、朝代、年、月、季节以及泛指的上午、下午或傍晚等）内.如：in 2004，in March, in spring, in the morning，in the evening, etc（2）在一段时间之后。

一般情况下，用于将来时，谓语动词为瞬间动词，意为“在……以后”。
