it is our responsibility to call for treating stray cats

and dogs kindly and protecting their rights.

Firstly, we should provide food and shelter for stray

cats and dogs. Many of them are homeless and have to rely

on scavenging for food. As a result, they often suffer from

malnutrition and diseases. Therefore, we can put some food

and water in a designated place for them to eat. Besides,

we can also build some simple shelters for them to take

shelter from the cold and rain. If we can't take care of

Secondly, we should protect stray cats and dogs from abuse and mistreatment. Some people have the habit of

hurting or even killing stray animals for fun or out of

anger. This is not only cruel but also illegal. Therefore,

people around us to respect animals and treat them kindly.

Lastly, we should help stray cats and dogs find a new

home. Many of them are abandoned by their owners or lost on

the streets. Therefore, we can try to find them a new home

contacting some animal adoption organizations. By doing so,

we not only help them get out of the street but also give

them a warm and loving family.
