Seeing Someone off 送别

【Kim’s Note】Don’t let this situation intimidate you. It

really is a great chance to show off not only your English, but also

your international qualifications. Teacher Li and I have traveled to

several countries and the problem of how to see someone off

seems to be international. I always feel awkward as I watch

Korean and Japanese people bowing and just saying “OK, you

go now.”

不要让送别的`场面给吓住了,其实这不但是卖弄你水平的好机会,也是展现你国际风采的好机会。我和李老师去过好几个国家,如何送别好像是个国际性的难题。每当我看见韩国人和日本人一边鞠躬一边说:“好了,你现在走吧。”难免感到万分尴尬。
