在分期付款中应将付款的前提约定为时间：
时间是肯定会发生的
条件是有可能会发生的，但也有可能不会发生的如张三欠李四五万，约定为“李四结婚的时候还”，这个约定就是“条件”，因为存在“李四不能结婚”的情形。如约定“李四死亡的时候还”这个约定就是“时间”因为李四是肯定要死的，只是时间问题。
付款中避免出现“主体封顶”、“项目验收”“甲方付款”“通水试压”“验收合格”等，遇到此类问题一律改为时间如“主体封顶后但不超过xx年xx月xx日”送货单的用途（送货单、合同、备忘录、订单等一定须保留好原件）
送货单应当针对合同具体操作
如合同由买方提供，送货单由我们提供，这个时候讲送货单不仅仅作为收货凭证，而作为合同的一部分，这个时候送货单可以约定一些合同中不适宜出现的。
不同车次的运费可能不同，运费在合同中没有体现出来的，可以在送货单中增加一项。涉及到退货的问题
退货中我们可以签收退货单，如果对方不需要货的情况下，我们可以把原因写上，但是质量原因就不要写了。
