These tools enable you to practice listening in different contexts and obtain immediate feedback on your performance.8. This helps train the mind to actively anticipate and understand spoken discourse more effectively.10. Seek regular feedback: Ask for feedback from teachers, language partners, or native speakers on your listening skills. They can provide insights into areas that need improvement and offer suggestions to enhance your listening abilities.11. Practice speaking and shadowing: Engaging in regular speaking exercises and shadowing (repeating and imitating spoken English) can improve listening skills. It helps train the ears to effectively process and respond to spoken language.12. Be patient and persistent: Improving listening skills takes time and consistent practice. Be patient with yourself and maintain a positive attitude towards learning. Stay persistent and disciplined in your listening practice to see gradual improvement. In conclusion, improving English listening skills requires a combination of active listening, regular practice with a variety of materials, vocabulary development, and exposure to authentic English.

#如何充分使用流利阅读的原文音频#
第一遍,不看原文,听大意,记下没有听懂的词,听完复述并概括听到的内容;
第二遍,不看原文,边听边尝试逐字逐句模仿,并猜测词汇的音标以及意思;
第三遍,看原文,查不懂的词汇的意思,完全弄懂文章意思,并且边听边模仿,逐句模仿语音语调以及单词发音;
一是目的主旨,即新闻主角这么做的目的是什么,一般会在动词不定式或“for”之类表原因的词后出现;
很多英文经典名著和畅销书都推出了相应的有声书版本,比如 The Kite Runner(《追风筝的人》), Pride and Prejudice(《傲慢与偏见》), The Great Gatsby(《伟大的盖茨比》)等等。
Lala does not want that 100 dollars.
In a country where top universities demand average test
scores above 98 percent and where cheating on final high
school exams is organized by a "mafia" that includes
teachers and school officials, the Delhi government's
initiative marks a shift of emphasis from student
performance to well-being.
这里需要听到的关键词是 initiative, a shift of emphasis, performance, well-being。
