Cryocooled Cooling System for

ABSTRACT
A cryogenic cooling system using a two-stage cryocooler for a superconducting magnet hasbeen designed, fabricated and tested. The superconducting magnet is composed of NbTi solenoidcoils with an effective warm bore of 52¶mm and a maximum central field of 3¶T. The NbTi solenoid
coils are wound around a copper form that is thermally connected to the second stage cold head of acryocooler through a conductive link. The temperature distribution along the conductive link wasmeasured during the cooldown process as well as at steady state. The contact resistance between the
coldhead and conductive link was estimated from the cooling power of the cryocooler, the contactarea, and the temperature gradient. The effect of the supplied current on the temperature distributionis also discussed.

模具的構造主要可分為下列五部分:

射出成型模是由一組部件組成的總成。部件中有一稱為型腔者,
熔體注入其中,繼之以冷卻定型。型腔是由兩部分組成:1.母模;
給予成型零件的外部造型,2.公模;給予成型零件的內部造型。

‘cavity’into which melt is injected, cooled and formed. The
cavity is formed by two mold members: 1. The cavity, which is
the female portion of the mold, gives the part its external form, 2.
The core, which is the male portion of the mold, forms the
