Unit2 Section A(1a-2c)教学反思
新课程基本理念是面向全体学生,实施素质教育;整体设计目标,体现灵活开放;突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;采用活动途径,倡导体验参与;注重过程评价,促进学生发展;开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道。
作为新时代的英语教师,要在有效的40-45分钟时间内,设计灵活新颖的活动来激发学生的学习热情,让学生自然地学会和运用所学知识,并成为课堂教学的主角。
上完整节课后,发现活动设计基本合理,从简单到难有坡度感,并且重难点突出,课堂气氛还算不错,基本上能够突破教学难点,巩固教学重点,完成教学任务。
不过部分活动可以新颖些,过度语言或许可以丰富点,与学生的交流可以加强些,还有一个重要问题就是没有很好的利用自己设计的评价体系,只把它作为了一个摆设,听力练习的设计,难度系数太大了,有必要采用暂停播放,听关键词,或者可以改编听力任务,围绕本节课的重点短语clean up ,cheer up ,give out,put up,volunteer to do 等等进行操练。
另外,我调动学生主动学习的手段不够丰富,缺少竞争鼓励。
在课堂中应该时刻鼓励落后的Team,增强学生的参与度和积极性。
在今后的教学中,我要不断反思,不断充电,提高自己的教学水平和教学能力。

教学思路
本课的教学内容是人教版八年级英语下册第二单元的第一课时,重点在于引导学生谈论做志愿者活动,由于授课教师和本班部分学生本身就是自愿者,经常参加各种志愿者活动,学生谈论自愿者活动,尤其是自己亲身经历的志愿者活动,更能激发学生的兴趣,培养学生参与
公益事业的意识,使其他学生也能积极的参与到公益活动中来,任务以听说为主。
因此,将知识目标定为掌握本课时的单词,以及能够用could 和hope to 谈论自己能为他人所做的事情。
情感目标定为让学生深刻理解志愿者工作的伟大意义,引导他们积极地投身于志愿者活动中。

Step 1. Lead-in
1.Show a video.
Lead in by watching a video and asking the question:
Who are they?
They’re volunteers. They could volunteer to help others.
设计意图:用视频展示让学生思考“什么是志愿者,帮助别人都能做什么?”引出volunteer、volunteer to do something,同时用clean up引出标题。
2.List some ways we could help people.
Present the new items by showing some photos: We could give out some food to the old;We could clean up the streets;We could visit the old at the old people’s home and give performances------
Read them aloud to get the pronunciation right.
设计意图:本环节通过创设情境导入新课,让学生运用所学知识,引出新的短语,同时利用学生以及授课教师以往参加志愿者活动的照片更直观的学习新单词和短语。
鼓励学生说出参加志愿者活动的经过以及心得,通过这种方式展示新的短语,学生接受起来会比较轻松。
Step 2. Listening
1.Go over the sentences in 1b,and present the new items in them.
2.Listen and number the ways the boy and the girl could help others.
3.Check the students’ answers.
Step 3.Practicing
Practice conversations in pairs like this:

设计意图:本部分的内容重在培养学生们听大意和听细节信息的能力,所以先帮助学生听出每个对话地大意再去完成后面对应地细节题。
通过引导学生对通知别人的方式进行总结,来巩固对动词短语的识记。

2.Make up their own conversations in pairs.
3.Act out their conversations in pairs, then in class.

Watch a video.
A famous volunteer wants to say something to the students. Let the students watch it and think it over, then show us how to volunteer. If he or she has any trouble,and the teacher goes through the classroom and offers help if necessary.
设计意图:通过2016年度海城市最美志愿者江海源的个人事迹,带领的团队以及作为残疾人,不但没有消极生活,更是积极回馈社会,组建了阳光90志愿者团队,很幸运,他还录像给全班同学,号召同学们以后可以积极的投身于志愿者活动中,这个视频起到承上启下的作用,让学生们更进一步思考,有榜样的力量的同时,接下来自己会为志愿者事业做出什么样的贡献呢?
