摘要
随着汽车制造业的迅猛发展，全球的汽车制造企业竞争越来越激烈，前保险杠是汽车外饰的重要组成部分，汽车的整体造型和零件的形状，零件之间的装配组合有着很大影响。设计时要结合人机工程，造型，工艺等来使汽车更加美观实用。汽车前保险杠对汽车的影响很大，这些都是众所周知的，它汽车结构的重要结构，汽车的安全装置。最近几年来，汽车在我国的消费量越来越大，同时消费者对于汽车的外观也有很大的要求，由于汽车前保险杠是汽车的外观，所以商家对于它的重视度很高。而我国市场对于汽车前保险杠在需求量也在不断地增加。就现阶段而言，消费者选择汽车，外观占有很大的一部分。而现阶段汽车的前保险杠多多少少都会有一些问题，而这些问题就有可能别人不会选择这款车，与此同时，这款类型的汽车销量就会不好。因此怎样解决这些问题，我们设计前保险杠要首先解决问题。
我们用catia对汽车前保险杠进行了表面的提取与结合，用catia有限元分析软件，首先，我们对汽车的横梁碰撞测试，来了解横梁能够承受的力，对汽车前保险杠失效准则进一步加深了解。

Abstract
With the rapid development of auto industry, the global car manufacturing enterprises increasingly fierce competition, an important part of the front bumper is decorated car, the shape of the car overall modelling and parts, parts assembly between combination has a great influence.Want to combine the man-machine engineering design, modelling, craft to make cars more beautiful and practical.Front bumper car has much effect on the car, all of these are well known, its important structure of automobile structure, automobile safety devices.In recent years, auto consumption in China is increasing, at the same time consumers for the appearance of the car also has a lot of request, due to the appearance of the car is front bumper car, so businesses to its value degree is high.The demand for front bumper cars in our country market is also in constant increase.In terms of the present stage, the consumer choose car, the outward appearance is a big part of it.But at this stage the front bumper of the car more or less will have some problems, and these problems are likely to others will not choose the car, at the same time, this type of car sales will be bad.So how to solve these problems, we design the front bumper should first solve the problem.
We use catia to extract on the surface of the car front bumper and the combination of finite element analysis using catia software, first of all, our beam of automobile collision test, to understand the beams to withstand the force, the automobile front bumper failure criterion further deepen understanding.
