1.A firm, non-sweaty handshake, eye contact, and a nice smile
2.Prepare to engage in small talk, which helps to break the ice and puts both parties at
ease and also demonstrates your ability to make conversation with potential clients, coworkers, and executives.
3.Be prepared with everything you can possibly know about the company and the person
who is doing the interview.
4.Don‘t sit down until you are invited to do so to demonstrate how you’ll behave in
professional situations.
5.Open with penetrating questions that prove beyond a doubt that you've done your
homework on the company, the position, the department, the industry, and/or the competition.
6.Practice your answers to commonly asked interview questions so that you come across
as a well-prepared candidate.
7.If asked to talk about yourself, always answer from a professional sense.
8.Become an object of interest by the questions you ask!
9.Mirror the body language of the interviewer.
10.Your interview strategy must include proof that you have successfully completed
job-relevant tasks.

1)Before and after this course period, what could be the difference to your understanding on the IT Service Management, on the IT industry, and/or on the computing world?
After this course period,I understand the complexities of IT infrastructures ,the importance of IT services methods,"state of the art" of IT service management.,operational processes of managing IT services which aren't very understandable to me before the course period. 2)What is the most impressive issue which brought your attention over this course period? Job interview insights and presentation strategies which are very important in the future. 3)What could be the major challenge(s) in your future career development? And which pieces of information (technology/skill/method/strategy/vision) in this course might provide some help to you?
The major challenge may be negotiating at work.Some negotiating strategies in course provide some useful information to me.
4)Is this course fairly similar to, or significantly different from, other courses you took before? And why?
This course is significantly different from other courses I took before because this course is more practical and greatly close to the career in the future.
5)What else you might want to say to the instructor?
Thank you for the teaching during this five days and you teach me a lot of useful skills and information which are very important to my future working career .。
