Yourbatterywillbesuppliedinastateofsleepfromthefactory.Thefirsttimeyouusethebatteryitrequiresactivationbybeingfullycharged.Storage

Batteriesdonotliketobestoredinveryhotorverycoldconditionsortobesubjecttoconditionsofhighmoisture.Theyalsodonotliketobeleftinafullydischargedstate.IfLithiumbatteriesareleftflatforanextendedperiodtheymaynolongerbefunctional.•Storeyourbatterybetween15ºCand25ºCinadryarea.(Theconditionsfoundinanormaldomestichouse).•IfyourBatribikeisnotinuseforanextendedperioditisimperativethatyouchargethebatterybeforestorageandthenchargethebatteryonceamonthtopreventdeterioration.Charging

Lithiumbatteriesdonotliketobeleftdischarged.Itisgoodpracticetorechargeassoonasisreasonablypossibleafterthebatterygoesflat.Werecommendchargingaftereveryride,thatwayyourelectricbikeisalwaysreadyforyournextouting.•Donotchargeattemperaturesbelow0ºC•Switchoffthebatterybeforecharging,usingkeyswitch.•Batterycanbechargedonoroffthebike.•Alwaysmakesurethebatteryandchargerareonanon-flammable,drysurfaceawayfromsourcesofheat,humidityandflammablematerials.•Donotcoverthebatteryorchargerwhilstcharging.•Onlyusethechargersupplied.•Evenifnotinuserechargeyourbatteryaminimumofonceamonth.ForYourSafety

YourBatribikeElectricBicycleusesaLithiumbatteryforit'spowerandthefollowingpointswilldirectlyaffectbatterylifeandperformance.

RemovingtheBattery

Toremovethebattery,turnoffatthehandlebardisplay,thenturnthekey(locatedonthesideofthebattery),anti-clockwisetotheoffposition.Whilstpushinginthekey,againturninananti-clockwisedirectiontounlockfromthecarrier.Slideoutthebatteryfromtherearofthecarrier.
