1. 通过跟读模仿，能够掌握意群的读音以及连读，能跟随录音流利地朗读并熟悉对话；
2. 通过归纳学习，掌握过去进行时与when/while引导的时间状语从句连用形成复合句的用法，能够在汉语提示下写出when/while引导的时间状语从句；
3. 通过知识点讲解以及翻译句子等练习，能够在正确语境中判断使用in time, fall off和 pay
attention，并完成练习；
4. 能根据图片和提示，描述交通事故发生的时间、地点、人物、过程和结果，并对此发表自己的观点，意识到安全的重要性。
