ೋɺ 工作方式及技术数据
电动机的额定电压为 380 伏,额定频率为 50 赫,制动器励磁绕组的电源为直流,
励磁电压不超过 220 伏。涡流制动电动机适用于断续周期性负荷,根据负荷的不同,电
动机的工作方式分为 S2、S4 和 S5 三种。电动机的基准工作方式为 S2,基冷负载持续
率为 FC40%,涡流制动器的基准负载持续率为 FC15%,YZRW 涡流制动电动机的技术 数据见表 1。

涡流制动器的电枢与电动机同轴旋转。当励磁绕组通入直流电时,涡流制动器产生 的力矩与电动机的力矩相反,起动制动力的作用,使电动机的转速降低。通过调节涡流 制动器励电流的大小,即可达到调节电动机转速的目的。涡流制动器采用关环或闭环控 制,调速范围可从电动机额定转速调至同步转速的 1/5~1/10。
感应式涡流制动器结构简单,使用可靠,维护方便。YZRW 涡流制动电动机与其配 套的控制装置所组成的调速系统,调速性能好,设备投资费用少,配套方便,具有调速 平稳,不受负荷正反方向的限制,在任意负载下均能达到电动机的稳定低速运转和低速 安装,就位准确等优点。
Ұɺ 概述 YZRW 起重及冶金用涡流制动三相异步电动机(简称涡流制动电动机)是一种新型
的调速电动机,它由 YZR 系列电动机和感应式涡流制动器组成,应用于各种型式的起 重机械中电力传动和调速。电动机于那些短时或断续工作制频繁起动,制动,有时过负荷及有显著的振动与冲击的 设备。
电动机的功率等级和安装尺寸符合 IEC72 推荐标准。 涡流制动电动机绝缘等级为 F 级和 H 级别有两种,F 级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不 超过 40℃的场所,H 级绝缘适用于环境空气温度不超过 60℃的冶金场所,两者具有相 同的参数。 涡流制动电动机具有良好的密封性,用于一般环境的涡流制动电动机,其电动机外 壳防护等级为 IP44,用于冶金环境的涡流制动电动机,其电动机外壳防护等级为 IP54。 YZRW Ronge of Crane and metallurgy three-phase induction with current brakd (Called as eddy current brake electric motor below)is a new adjustable-speed motor, and consists of YZR range of motor and inducition eddy-current brake. An armature of the eddy current brake and a motor are mounted in the same shaft and rotate together.When an exciting winding passes through D.C,the eddy current brake produces
suitable for the intermittent load.Duty types are S3,S4 and S5 according to the different

The eddy current brake type motor is sealed well. For the motor for use in general environment, the degree of protection by enclosure is IP44;for the metallurgical environment, the degree of protection by enclosure is IP54. 涡流制动电动机型号的意义:Specification of the symbol of the eddy current brake motor:

选用电动机时,各种起重及制动状态均需按等效发热折算成每小时等效起动次数。
以该等效起动次数确定电动机的定额,折算的方法:
点动(最终速度不超过额定转速的 1/4)一次相当于 0.25 次起动。

电动机(制动到额定转速的 1/3)一次相当于 0.8 次起动。 折算典型例子见表 2。

Outputs and mounting dimensions are in accordance with recommendation IEC72,while relationship between output and mounting dimension is in agreement with JEM1202,similar to DIN42681 and changeable with it.

a torque which is opposite to that of the motor.The torque acts as a braking force,making the motor speed slow dowm.The adjustment of the motor speed can be carried out,by adjusting the magnitude of an exciting current of the brake.The eddy current brake is controlled by open lop or closed loop.The speed adjustment ranges from the rated speed of the motor to 1/5~1/10 synchronous speed.
Induction type eddy current brake is rational in design, reliable in operation, simple in construction and easy to maintain. The adjust-speed system, consisting of YZRW eddy-current brake type motor and control matched with is ,is good in adjust-speed characteristic, less in investment in device, easy to match ,smooth adjust-speed ,not restricted by clockwise of rounterclockwise rotation direction of load ,and able to achieve smooth and low-speed operation and to carry out low-speed mounting to hold in place.
