输尿管ureter
为一肌性管状 结构，全长20~30cm。 贴腰大肌前面下行， 入盆腔后向内下方 穿入膀胱。
依其行程可分为腹段、盆段和壁内段。
其盆段前方，在 男性有输精管越过， 在女性有子宫动脉 越过（距子宫颈约 1.5cm处）。
第四节
尿道urethra
男性尿道 全长约16~22cm，
分3部： 前列腺部 膜部
特点： 海绵体部 3个狭窄：尿道内口、尿道膜部和尿道外口 3个扩张：前列腺部、尿道壶腹和舟状窝 2个弯曲：耻骨下弯、耻骨前弯。
女性尿道 全长约4~6cm，
以尿道外口开口于 阴道前庭。
特点： 短、宽、直。

第一节 肾kidney
一、肾的形态 实质性器官，
形似蚕豆，左右 各一。
位于脊柱两 侧贴于腹后壁。 可内分缘上中、部下凹两陷端，，称肾门，是肾血管和肾盂 等内结外构两出缘入，的前部后位。 两出面入。肾门的结构合称肾蒂。

2）饮食护理：控制水分和钠盐的摄入，给予 低盐饮食。每日食盐量<5g，重症 者<2g。每日进液量控制在每日排尿量加上 500ml为宜。同时，给予高热量、富含维生 素、易消化的食物。如病人肾功能低下， 宜优质低蛋白饮食。
（2）病情观察
24h出入液量 体重 腹围 水肿消长情况 有无电解质紊乱 生命体征 尿常规、肾功能变化
（3）疼痛护理
1）药物应用 2）局部按摩或热敷 3）针灸疗法 4）放松疗法

1）抗生素 2）抗胆碱能药物
注意观察药物副作用，嘱病人按时、按 量、按疗程服药

膀胱三角是膀胱底内面， 两输尿管口与尿道内口之 间的三角区域。此区粘膜 光滑无皱襞，是肿瘤和结 核好发部位。
